Horrible service in general, customer service and phone service. Employees have no manners. When I was there today the lady at the front desk was giving attitude to an old lady because she was getting phone viruses. When I was leaving I said Thank you (which they should be trained to say to the customer) and she didn’t even respond. Hire some employees with respect for the people that pay them.

Eliza was extremely helpful! She called other locations to track down a new iPhone for my fiancée. Definitely recommend this location:)

Ran a credit check without informing me, this is illegal. I wasn't even getting a phone! Not happy with this place at all, will never go back.

I think I'll get a new phone from over there again every 10 years it's worth it keeper love it

Good deals to attract customers but they're network sucks.

Best Customer service, they have amazing in-store incentives, must visit this location.

The worst experience ever, I went there to get the final bill and it pay it so it was taken care of. My daughter switch to another carrier due to no service up at college so I had to buy all her phone and pay for her last month I went in even though the account is in my name they would not let me get a copy of the final bill or pay the bill because my driver's license did not match the name on the account. The name on the account said Gregg however on my license it said Paul Gregory Hadwyn.
Because of that they would not let me pay the bill that is the most ridiculous thing ever still it has been seven days since and I still haven't got a copy of the final bill because I want to make sure there were no extra charges cuz once you pay you know you're going to have a hard time getting that money back if there was any overage charges.

I am glad we no longer are a customer of Freedom mobile.
