Nice staff, though could be better trained and more motivated/inclined to help with what they are employed for instead of feeling being made to go out of their way to provide help because they don't feel like it from mundane and lazy approach to their profession. It is a management problem employing individuals who are incompetent, not fully knowledgeable or are not interested in the meaning of customer service which they are employed to properly provide here.

Freedom has been really good to me. I have been with other different phone company's, but freedom truly cares for their customers expanses and happiness. For that reason. Freedom will continue to be my phone company.

Great experience shobitha is a very helpful and kind employee. She is also very quick as I went in to start a new service and got it done in less less 1 hour. Definitely recommend.

Went to this location last week, the lady shobhi was very unprofessional and demotivated, i had to go to a different location to get my problem solved.

Called their phone line. A lady picked up the phone and just said "Hello" - without any indication on whether or not It was Freedom. I asked about a plan they had and they said that "They would not be able to give me the information over the phone". Even though I clearly saw that they offered it on the website. Quite unprofessional.

Customer service was excellent and was very helpful but also informative on many different brands of phones which helped narrow down exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will recommend to other and will be back as a more than satisfied customer.

The lady at this location was amazing. She helped me save money and move my services over really quickly. I signed myself and daughter up the same day. And thanks to all the great reviews I read I'm glad I went.

Normally I’m patient with waiting in lines when there’s only one person working but this is my third time here and I had three different reasons and the system always seems to be down but always somehow works for the people ahead of me.
