Great experience changing plans to Freedom Mobile from another carrier today. Freedom had a plan that was worthy of changing after over a decade. Kinar was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to explain everything and took the time so everything was done right. I was very impressed.

I only come when Nick is working from all the way from Etobicoke. Excellent service that's my phone guy.

It was an amazing experience, you must give a visit there as well!

Ash/Ayush is the only guy you should seek for while visiting the store. He is polite with customers and will try his best to help you.

The manager is harassing me by threatening me and claiming to have all of my information, including my name, phone number, and other details.

So I met Ash (Ayush) at freedom mobile to get a new phone and plan at a reasonable price AND I MUST SAY HE WAS A BLESSING! He made me understand the entire plan and wiped off all my confusions so nicely. I highly recommend to look for him when you go there! He does a great job in saving your money!

The guy who is working there does nothing. I went there three times in six months with different reasons. He ask me to do it online or though customer care every time. He is not even working when he sees a people with Colour. He is only interested when I told him I am buying a new phone. He even suggested to me change my carrier. His tone changes so quickly around white people. He is racist.

Terrible. The seller was disrespectful in my wife's presence.he said I should live here and marry a Canadian unless I like dudes.

I walked into heaven, the lead at the Parkdale location is exceptional to a degree that is rare, they were clear with their language, friendly, informative and very transparent, a great man and an exemplary leader for other staff! 10/10 would recommend their services, even if you have to make a trip.

One day my phone stopped working. I'd had this number for 9 years! After multiple weekly contact with every department you can think of they were never able to get it working. 2 years later the number still doesn't work

I needed a new phone, and I was able to get a great deal! The man working, Nikhil Bhatheja, the manager helped me out so much and gave me exactly what I needed and gave me an amazing deal! I definitely recommend this location!

Mr. Shaw needs to read the comments made here. Their advertising doesn't support the reality of they stand for. So Mr. Potter or rather Mr. Shaw wake up and visit your stores and listen in to these call center's. Or hire a secret shopper to rate your staff from every level. Read what people are saying here. I back George Bailey because he's for those who want a good deal. So where's the truth and the trust? George Bailey would do the right thing for the people.

The very most experienced managers I have ever met. They know everything. I am very happy that freedom mobile employ these guys especially Nikhil.

Had had less than stellar experience in the past however my last visit was great. I got exactly what I was looking for without any aggressive upsales.

Told me I cannot return or exchange my new phone and plan due to covid. Told me its from Freedom mobile. Then at the last step, told me my first bill will be 30 dollar extra on 55 per month boxing week deal. Says its in fine print. By that time I have spent already 60 mins roughly. I find it hard to digest when deals are not straight forward or explained in the beginning.
I so ask to leave the box unopened, but was told that they have to open it and activate it and I was also told I cannot use the phone with other carrier for a week. I am really not sure if these info are verifiable.

Anyway, for convenience, I went to the nearest store at the time.

The guys working there were quick, friendly and straight to the point. They gave me an amazing deal for my upgrade and dealt with everything very professionally and answered all the questions I had! - I read all the previous reviews saying that the workers were sketchy but I disagree. It’s the neighbourhood that is, not the workers. They were super helpful!

The in store promo was even better than the online promo! I got great prompt service, a better plan than I previously had & the device I wanted!

Worst Worst Experience!
First of all, the person in the store is NOT wearing mask and when asked, his coworker responded saying there is no need to wear mask as there is a glass shield but he was moving freely outside the desk without mask.

I went in to change the carrier from Chatr to freedom and wanted to keep the same phone number. But when I got home it wasn’t working so I called the store the next day. The person whom I am speaking to has no patience to listen but keep talking. He wasn’t even understanding wht I am trying to say. I ended up getting a new number despite requesting them to keep my same number!

I am usually not the person who likes to leave review if I had any bad experiences but today this store has forced me to. I have never had such a trouble with any of the service provider but this level of customer service is not acceptable for the money we spent! Please train ur staff properly to speak with customer with some decent courtesy.

Freedom itself got good deals and I like their service.
But this location, very shady employees work here. Had a terrible experience with them twice (not going again) they just talk some random stuff while billing so they can cheat you into selling some expensive accessories. Their trick is to bill you for accessories while the other person keep distracting you all the time. They also unpack your new phone and apply those accessories while you being distracted. They also throw away the packaging of the accessories into the bin to make sure you don't figure out their original price. This location is a total scam so please be mindful at all times.

Staff walking around not wearing masks. No ventilation. Was in store almost an hour and contacts and pictures never transferred. Had to do it myself. He was too busy helping other people who came in after me. Sign on door telling people not to wear masks. Unprofessional image for Freedom.

I had a great in store experience getting my new iPhone it was quick easy and I was given great recommendations to get the proper case to keep my phone safe!

The customer service is nice but sometimes the employees just say anything to make a sale when youre buying accessories.so be alil mindful of that.

This company has gotten so bad since it became freedom. You've cost me money by not letting me too up because your computer keeps changing the account name back to my company name. Your company also out major strain on me when at the hospital with my kids yesterday and I wasn't able to use my phone, even after they made me travel to a store and get a pay voucher. This has happened for three months and no one has been able to fix it. I even got emails stating it was fixed. I've been with wind since the first week in Toronto. And now I definitely want out because because the service recieved is horrible.

I had to replace a lost phone today and had a great experience at the store. Rohit was very pleasant and helpful in setting everything up. Having to replace a phone with any big company is typically stressful, but the customer service at this store was outstanding. Glad I stayed with Freedom and didn't opt for Rogers or Bell.

Rohit's an absloute delight to deal with. Very professionnel, helpful, non-judgmental, friendly and caring. He isn't just looking looking to sell; he's looking to serve guests what in their best interest is rather. This is how Business grows. Salut! Walked in wanting to switch from Fido and got an excellent deal that was way more cost effective than any other company.

I HIGHLY recommend this team. I recently moved over to Freedom, and I was having a technical issue. I was on several phone calls with technical support, they escalated my problem 3x and they still weren't able to solve my issue. On an off chance I went into this store and immediately they knew what my issue was (just had to change a setting on my phone) and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Amazing customer service!

Possibly the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience I HAVE EVER ENDURED in my entire life. I was in there waiting for OVER AN HOUR and eventually just walked out because the customer service specialists had no idea how to handle an annoying pair of customers who would refuse to complete their transaction, instead opting to yell the entire time, yelling about everything else including their families, making telephone calls and yelling on the phone, etc. Meanwhile the client service specialists refused to handle me and help with what I was in there for.trying to give them my money. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I walked in feeling fine and walked out with the worst headache.

The service is fine, the salespeople are friendly enough, but I still felt as if I was not getting the best deal. This is not the fault of Freedom, but the need to make money off of people who know little about what is offered. The same applies to any of the telecommunication companies I've used over the years (Bell and Rogers). Freedom offers good value and I have three phones with them, BUT.there is a need to profit from the selling of phones and accessories, the latter overpriced, the former built to expire in two to three years. Go into these stores only when you have done your research.

I went several times in this shop to upgrade my phone. The sale team Nick and Jeel is very knowledgeable and welcoming; always eager to help and provides clients the most suitable plan for their needs.
