Representative saniya helped me alot with my problem, she was very welcoming and despite of rush she helped me

This place has been lying for the last 2 years about why they stay in the store until 7 but lock the door and stop serving customers at 6: 30.for the last 2 years. How is the wifi always not working, for the last 2 years everyday after 6: 30 pm. Lazy employees. They dont ever answer their phone. This place needs to be reported to freedom mobile as well. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Not very satisfied with the customer service here with the two ladies on staff that day. All we asked was to change our SIM to another phone and at first they seemed willing and then made a the excuse that the phone we wanted to install the SIM on couldn't happen. "It's not possible". I had a feeling that they just wanted both of us to leave and didn't want to assist us. We went to a different Freedom mobile on Lawrence and McCowan and explained to the gentleman working there what had happened. He found it strange that the other Freedom location wouldn't help us, and proceeded to install the SIM. It worked on the new phone after all.

Simran was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the services and products at Freedom Mobile. I would recommend that anyone visit that location for all your Freedom Mobile needs.

Saniya was really great at answering to my queries. I was informed clearly about all the offers and packages. I am definitely coming back again to avail all services and referring her to my friends and family

I love fredome mobile my bill is always the same every month for the last 5 years no surprises and the service is great

Just got the service, I will update the rating in the future, staff could have been in little bit more friendly, they weren’t mean but they weren’t smiling or anything

I just switched from another operator to Freedom. Got a good deal with I phone 12 pro but network experience is not best i think. Network signal should be improved.

Great Service, Store rep. Sohil explain me the plan as per my need and resolve my doubt patiently. Also he help me for making decision on phones. Sure i will refer my friends to this location.

I have had nothing but as customer service from this store. Honestly my best suggestion, find a different store then this one, it's not worth the stress. Went in to get a new phone, gave them my account number, pin to the account, Ontario health card, and birth certificate. They would not help me because I didn't have a citizenship card, I don't have that as I was born here. I went to Lawrence and Kennedy and he helped me.

I am a freedom customer for more than a year and when I want to add a new line to my account for my sister, I went to this location of the Freedom mobiles. Sohil provided a great service by explaining the plans and services included with the phone which I wanted to purchase and other phone protection plan. He is very knowledgeable and attentive to his customers. I will definitely recommend my friends and family about it.

I visited this store get new device. Sohil listen to my requirement patiently and suggested me a plan and initially I was confused to select between iPhone 8+ and XR, he shows pros and cons of both then I got clear idea about it and I selected one. My experience with this visit is happy coz I got device in my budget and awesome data plan. I will definitely recommend my family and friend to visit this location if they want to get new plan or device with freedom.

I visited this location 5 minutes ago.i asked for a phone Case for my phone.she gave me a wrong one to try and come back from backroom and Said I don't have and trying to say something else.i left the store becoz that store doesn't have my required product.she called me back and said I am not finished yet and I am rude.why should I waste my time if I got to know that you don't have that product.

Very friendly service. The guy who works here sohil really helped us as we were very confused on what phone to purshase. He seems to have a very good knowledge about the phones they sell. The only thing is that they could have more accessories in the store.
