I had to post a review of the very dissatisfactory customer service I experienced at this store in addition to a level of trickery and scam.

I had come into the freedom mobile at this location to upgrade from a note 8 to a note 9. I was told there was 1 in stock and that I would have to pay off my previous tab of $400. I was okay with that which made sense and then I was also told I would have to change my plan to a newer plan if I wanted to upgrade. I did not agree to this and left the store.

I then went to the Freedom Mobile at Woodside Mall and also attempted to upgrade from a note 8 to a note 9. I had to pay off my tab of $400 but I could keep my current plan and will not need to switch inorder to upgrade. How is it possible going from 1 freedom mobile to the next the conditions to upgrade your phone changes due to people trying to trick or scam you.

This location at Kenbrae Plaza is a scam so your due diligence before entering into any agreements with them.

This is the first store that come in my mind if I need something for my phone. Great Customer service and very friendly environment. Definitely recommend it.
