I called the store at Kingston/Morningside to get more details about their promotion as I wanted to switch my 4 lines from Rogers. I was on hold for 50 minutes with their general "customer service " line so I called the store. Katherine answered and advised they had a promotion on, there was a $45 activation charge, but when I asked for more details she said I had to come in the store and proceeded to talk over me until she hung up. I called back and she said the same thing, telling me I needed to come to the store and she would hang up on other customers to serve me then. Well, ROGERS isn't looking nearly as bad now.

The customer service at Freedom is exceptionally poor. It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to accept returns after just 2 hours from the original purchase, resulting in a complete lack of consideration for their customers. Furthermore, the customer service agent disconnected the call halfway through while trying to resolve the issue, which is completely unacceptable.

I experienced some of the best costumer service at this branch. Catherine, the sales associate helping me, was extremely dilligent in her job. She was kind, patient, and excellent to work with overall. She provided me with the best offers, all with a smile on her face. Truly amazing!

I’ve been with freedom for about 6 years, been to many freedom stores but nothing beats the service here. James, the manager of the store is unbelievable. He’s always going the extra mile to add as many promotions as possible to decrease your overall monthly payment. 100% recommend this store over any other freedom locations in Scarborough.

I’ve ordered a phone 14 pro max. I received it recently and it was given to me by Catherine. She is very kind and patient while attending customers. She had a couple who were troubling to make the payment but she helped them to the best and this is what stood her apart from others. Loved my experience at this Freedom store.

Very helpful staff and they try to get best deal for you and I encountered a problem while the transfer of my number and abena helped me and made sure the problem was resolved.

I don't know what Abena my retail specialist is being paid but Freedom, you need to pay her so much more! I came into the store with a huge problem due to being given misinformation by a competitor. Abena spent hours with me trying to fix it. She looked at every angle and found a solution, and even better I am walking away with an even better plan than when I walked into her store. Abena goes way above and beyond and was pleasant the entire time even though I was upset. I am so grateful to her. Pay her MORE Freedom! She gave me the definition of fantastic customer service!

My experience at this Freedom mobile store was above expectation. We went to inquire about a new phone and was so impressed with the customer service rep. "Abena" that I cancel my prepaid plan bought a Apple phone with a new plan.

My phone was broken, so I had to make a mad dash to this freedom location. I made it 15min before closing and Abena went above and beyond to make sure I got my new phone activated, even though we experienced a lot of set backs she maintained her professionalism! Abena you are truly amazing!

Freedom has the best cheap mobile phone plan at $99/yr for unlimited talk and text. Only 2 people are allowed in the store at a time so expect a lineup outside. Otherwise the sevice and the info are pretty good. It's just a super buy for $8.25 / month. Enjoy!

Worst customer service ever. You will loose your cool. I made a deposit to do a pre-order on a phone. When I went to pickup the phone.after waiting for 2 hours to set me up, Eventually when she did I asked to return my deposit. I was told that she had already refunded it and accused me of theft. I showed her my credit card transactions and then she said that she paid me in cash on the same day when I made the deposit. I am still waiting to get my deposit back.

They also don't honor the 15 days no question asked return policy of freedom. Though it is mentioned clearly on freedoms website.
