What a frustrating experience! While in the process of obtaining a prepaid plan, I reconsidered and expressed my desire to switch to a more affordable option. Unfortunately, the customer service agent (male) informed me that it was too late to make changes. CSA looked annoyed that I changed my mind and I was given 2 choices. I had to decide between sticking with the costly plan or not getting a plan at all.

In response, I informed the agent that I would visit another Freedom Mobile location to explore my options further, and the agent shrugged and said "ok".

I have been a Freedom customer for 7 years now and this is my go to store. I have always received excellent customer service from here and specially by Karan.

Got my Iphone and a new phone plan from this store, Karan helped me out with the beat deal. He is knowledgeable and has instantaneous responses to my questions on phone specs and different plans. Thank you for all your help! You’re my go to guy for future purchase.

Worst Freedom store in Toronto. Went to buy iPhone 11 Pro Max, the phone was faulty, the phone was crashing, heating, and had terrible battery life. The guy refused to exchange or take it back. His exact words were, " How can I believe the phone is faulty? " Wasted my 2 hours at the store. Someone please teach them customer service. Jaspreet was really rude and did not care about the customers at all. He behaves like customers he is doing a favor to customers. I wish I could give -5 rating. Switched to Rogers.

Sometimes I think there’s an easier way of doing something in person than over the phone (in addition to getting out of the house), only then to find out that the store can’t fulfill my request because of privacy policies.

So, I’m here to make an address update at a franchise dealer to my cellphone service and I’m asked to call the Corporate Customer Service line.

Oh well, at least the gentleman was nice and I should have known better.

The walk wasn’t a total waste because I had a chance to browse the new hardware displayed and comparison shop.
