Upgraded my plan and phone as a long time customer of Freedom and Francis kindly presented all the best options for me with a run down of all the details. Great kind customer service wanting the best outcome for each customer!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our first Canadian line when we visited Freedom branch at Oakville place. Shazra was our seller and since the beginning she provided us an excellent guidance that helped us to take our decision. She was really great!

Francis helped me and my brother set up our new iphones today and he was very thorough with the process! I’d highly recommend going to him for all your questions and phone needs

Went in this afternoon, and Francis, such a sweet and helpful individual helped me switch over to Freedom. Made the process easy and gave me the run down of every deal that would be beneficial for me. Hoping Freedom works great and lowers my monthly bill each month compared the other other company I was with! Great customer service, though!

Went into Freedom today to lease a new phone and to sign up for a new plan. Francis was tremendously helpful throughout the entire process. Francis was very helpful in walking me through getting a new phone. I had a lot of questions and reservations about a new phone since the last one I got wasn't the greatest quality. I also had a balance left on my tab and he walked me through the process. I am very happy with my new, properly working phone.

Great service manager was very helpful when I had a poor experience at a dealer location near by.

Really bad customer service. I went in today since “system services” have used 1.5gb out of my 1.5gb of data for this period. I turned off automatic updates before it happened. We went in and the manager told us “it’s not a part of data, go home and check it”. We went home, it was included. We called support, a nice lady gave us a discount but now I have called the store and the manager is still dismissing us.

Wonderful company and wonderful staff. Came to upgrade my device and sunny helped me. Very smart, informative, friendly and patient guy. Highly recommended store for all your wireless needs don’t forgot to ask for Sunny.

Staffs are very friendly. We went to freedom today and been helped by Francis. He was very helpful and considerate to what we were looking for. We bought 3phones and the process were very fast, he explains everything very clearly to us. It has always been a good experience with freedom since we started with this provider, in person and in call.

FM (freedom mobile) company is a working progress, they've come a long way and reception has gotten much better. I visited FM oakville location looking to receive information about their services. I currently have an account, I wanted to find out more options. In the end, I left very happy and satisfied. The gentlemen (Sunjee) was polite and patient. He provided great customer service.

Excellent customer service, extremely courteous staff. Special mention for Sanjeev Chib for helping me select the right plan and ensuring smooth and transparent process throughout.

Went in to kill some time however the rep Sage kindly greeted me and through some questions was able to offer me service and a phone at a better price than what I pay with my current provider. She was very kind, thorough, and professional. Definitely asking for her again when I'm due for an upgrade!

The service was very efficient. I registered a plan and actived the sim in 10 minutes. However, the staff was not so easy-going-no smile and answering question as short as possible- felt like talking with an AR.

The staff only shaking his head when I was asking his qustions about the phone plan. The owner, why you are hiring someone refuses to talk to customers?

I was previously with Rogers and almost always had very poor customer service when visiting any location.

I was helped by Ali and Amir at Freedom. They had switched carriers for me from Rogers to freedom. They set me up with a new phone and transferred everything over for me. The process was quick and easy! Ali also explained everything in detail along the way.

I had a great experience getting my phone today. Sanjit was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He carefully explained all the options as I'm a first time iPhone user. I will definitely be coming back for his help when I upgrade.

I went to the Freedom shop in Oakville Place mall. I met Amir who was extremely helpful and happy and joyful. I had my mind set on the Pixel Phone. Amir enquired about what I mostly use the phone for. He said the pixel has so and so features for your kind of usage but he suggested another phone a Samsung and told me that that would better suit me. Enough to make me think about it but to still be happy with the pixel if I bought it. He was not pushy at all but extremely knowledgeable and aware of what he is selling. I took the pixel and he tried to upsell me a case which was rather pricy so I did not go for it.after I started using the Pixel I realized what he was talking about. I called back to switch and he said that he can swap it out for me since it is still under 14 days and refund the entire purchase! I was extremely happy. Then the lock down. I could not go so I called and he directed me how to reserve my position online and how to call to book my self in the queue and so on. I am not tech savvy so I must have called him 10 times before we figured everything out. He told me everything. How he needs the box with what in it and he needs the same credit card to refund.and made sure I was ready. I followed the instructions and even though I got a message that it was a my turn he still called me to make sure I got the message to enter the mall. I am extremely happy with the service. He was helpful, genuine, happy and caring. He had my best interest at heart. He made me aware of all the wonderful features Freedom mobile had for its customers like the 14 days money back guarantee. He called to follow up a day after to see if I am happy with the new Samsung. If this is not excellent customer service then what is?

This store is a definite gem. I was in need of a phone upgrade however due to budget constraints I was very hesitant to make the move. I visited this Freedom Mobile store at Oakville Place last week just to see what’s available and I have to say that I was very fortunate to have talked to not only warm and friendly associates but also associates who are very knowledgeable in providing the right phone for my needs. I appreciate their expertise in clearly explaining product and pricing information which helped me a great deal in understanding what seemed like Greek to me before. Shout out to Mayumi and Amir, also Sanjeev and the store manager. I walked away a very happy and satisfied customer with my very first iPhone in hand which I got for an amazing price. I am writing this review so people will know that these guys are amazing. I you want expert guidance in choosing your next phone or phone plan, go visit this store. They remain open despite the lockdown, you just need to call the store first to set an appointment. Peace!

Came into the store looking to switch to Freedom. Was helped with Ali who was really polite and understanding of what i wanted. He helped me with switching my entire families service from Bell to freedom and giving us the best deal possible. If you’re going in ask for Ali had a great experience with him.

Sanjeev provided excellent customer service at this location. He takes great initiative and he was helpful in promptly informing us when our device of interest was in stock. Other freedom locations merely told me "we don't have it". Sanjeev took permission to call back with more information, and he did.

Once in store, he understood our needs and suggested the best options for us. I went in to replace my brother's phone for his birthday, and that same week I returned to take advantage of an excellent deal Sanjeev mentioned. He's been great with remembering conversations, following up, and we have him offering the same quality of service to other customers on the phone. His brings a natural, helpful, and human element to the experience.

I wasn't prepared for such great service. I spoke on the phone with all Freedom mobile stores in GTA. Simply put, this is the location where you'll find the best team in charge.

Had an issue with my SIM card. Walked in and was helped right away by a lovely younger lady wearing a blue mask. She was able to change out the SIM at no charge, quick and painless, did not push me to buy a new phone, and told me to come back if I had any issues in the future. A+

Sanjeev was a great guy, I went to buy one line, but eventually bought 2. He proposed a recently launched discounted plan which worked for me and my family. Hence Win-Win. He knew what he was doing and was absolutely professional. Definitely recommending people to speak to Sanjeev!

I was very fortunate to have ALI as my customer service representative when I needed a new phone for my daughter and myself. It took him an hour and a half to help me and my dtr. He took the time to explain every detail to us in regards to the contract and package. No gimmicks, no Ifs, no buts, he cuts it right to the chase and doesn’t pressure u into getting the phone. He was exceptionally excellent. As a former customer service representative, I was very thrilled about his courteous, respectful and calm manners. He is such a great example to most young people coming up and his polite attitude set an example for my daughter. Thank you Ali, for your wonderful service. You deserve to be a manager. I will always recommend him to anyone who wants to have freedom as a service provider. Great job. All the best Ali, keep up the good work. I will come again when my younger dtr is ready to have a phone.

Very very good experience! The customer service representative “ALI” gave me an exceptional service. He took the time to explain into details about the contract, the package, and the type of phone. He was courteous, patient, and respectful. He was very nice and gave us all the information we needed as this is my first time of getting a phone. I will highly recommend anyone to him if you want to get a phone from freedom. Bravo Ali. Keep up the good work!

Ali and Kevin were very helpful with my situation. Came back from Cuba with a roaming issue, helped me sort it out, turns out my phone settings were off by a few letters. These guys sorted it out. Smart guys. ALSO they have a good deal on iPhones. COME HERE IF YOU WANT BEST PRICES. They have time for me to set things up. Brought it to Cuba with me.

I was looking to upgrade my phone from the iphone 8 to a newer iphone and ended up getting the XR. I honestly am not a big fan of the iphone XR camera quality, i thought it would be better but if im being quite honest my iphone 8 had better quality. I later realized once i got home that i could have got the iphone X/XS which i think i would have preferred colour wise/ just in general. I wish it was mentioned a little more that i had other options that would have went with the plan i was choosing, Which was a little my fault, i know he did mention it but i didnt realize it was with the same plan so im a little disappointed there. So i guess the only thing i would recommend is to make sure you go through ALL options for customers, Other than that Ali gave me great service and was very helpful with everything!

Came to activate a new line on my account and dealt with Ali. He was exceptional with customer service and provided an awesome deal for a new phone and plan. I highly recommend you go with none other than Ali for all your freedom mobile needs.

Very unhelpful.couldn’t proceed without a valid government ID. I had my NY driver’s license. Company policy he kept saying.

Ordered the note 10 plus 2 weeks ago. Got a call today that its here and i can pick it up. When i went to the store they told me its gonna take 2 more days, i asked why i got the call, the Manager Sanjeev said it was a mistake you can cancel your preorder if you want.

A pleasure dealing with Ali. He was able to answer all my questions and had me set up and on my way in no time. Would highly recommend asking for Ali next time you want to get something done at this location!
