Freedom Mobile

Called just to ask a question, the rep picked up, heard my question and then cut the call. This is un called for and unacceptable. Is this the type of customer service Freedom has?

Awful they sold me a budget Samsung without telling me it was.the thing is less then two months old and doesn't work properly.i have been in contact with both freedom and samsung the last month.doing everything they tell me and it still doesn't work right.apps freeze, screen hitches, i have had to do 2 reinstalls.now in order to get a new phone i have to pay off this one.on a phone that doesn't work properly, and at times isn't even usable.i will never use freedom mobile again

Wen in on Sunday was greeted by a veryi ing orant young lady my phone stopped wk so my church lent me phone took a cab there to get my son card transfered she fumbled with it I'm disabled she would not help I had to gat a customer to help who she served while looking after me, she was on her personal phones the whole time she said the phone does.not wk, then she let some o e on after they closed and helped them I questioned she told me to leave, i hot home and my new phone wked, i question the ignorance of the young lady, and cared about her cell more than mine tried calling Freedom customer service could not get through beware of this store also store was atleast 30 degrees celsius.

Maybe like most other places offering minimum wage, they're having trouble finding knowledgeable employees to hire & train properly! I'm really hoping that Ryan Reynolds is able to open Mint Mobile north of the border sooner rather than later so that Canadians have a much better option when it comes to discount cellular service that focuses on helping the customer because Freedom has gotten really bad at the service end of things.

Not a welcoming place. The lady here is not helpful and not friendly at all. Not going here again.

I’ve been calling for days and they never answer their phone. What kind of business ignores calls for this long? Especially while they’re open. Ordered phone over 2 weeks ago and no updates from them. Very disappointed in their service.

They are The WORST SERVICE PROVIDE had them for over a YEAR I and had to call Freedom Mobile Every Month to get my phone working when I had Auto Top Up Set Up n called Customer Service n had them hang Up On Me over 5 times Every Month N THEY WERE REALLY RUDE for OVER A YEAR N to Top it Off THEY PUT MY PHONE BILL IN COLLECTION FOR $39.00 N THEY HAD TAKEN DOUBLE PAYMENTS OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT DIFFERENT TIMES WERE HIGHLY recommended to Me saying they were the best service provider But that was a LIE THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER! I would Not Recommend them to Anyone!

Have to wait outside in freezing temperatures or scan barcodes to enter in line when your turn or text it to a phone number provided.that too much hassle for me.

Jay was a great help and was more knowledgeable than the Freedom call-in team. He was very polite and went well out of his was to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks Jay!

I went to the this store last week for getting an Iphone. A lady help me out.she answered all my questions. Great service.

Horrible customer service, major attitude problems, and just below level intelligence of their own product knowledge. Do not waste your time even stepping foot near this location. Really puts a sore on the company as a whole, in general. Do better.

Went in to upgrade to the new deal they had with a Samsung S20FE. I am an existing customer. Didn't have it. Did say anything after that like perhaps advise me when they were getting them in, call me when they were in put one aside for me, nothing. I've called many many times the past couple of days and the phone just continues to ring ring ring doesn't even answer the phone or have any means of leaving a message. Not impressed.

The girl that works there has no manners and a disgusting attitude, the look on her face alone is a turn off acts like customers are begging her something. This location must be franchise and should be shut down!
