I visit this store every month for a recharge and the girls help me fix my phone every time. Both Yadvi and Vishakha are very nice and very helpful. They are very patient and understanding. God bless them!

Service was a bit slow and they had a hard time understanding me. But plan prices are great and so is phone selection, don't cheap out on a phone you'll be sorry. And be sure to ask about battery life!

The representative has no knowledge of product and services. She was trying to finish her work ASAP. For 3 times she gave me wrong information and I had to spend 2 hours with customer support.

Update: I went to this location again as it's the closest one to me. The open sign was lit and it was within their open hours, but no one was inside and they would not answer calls so. I guess they were closed?

I went in to ask a simple question as an existing customer, and the lady at the back was on a personal call using speakerphone. She didn't say a word to me and then didn't even make eye contact. She just stayed on the phone call so after a minute or so I decided to just leave.

I thought that the phone was for free because da name of the shop is freedom. As I was fleeing the premises I was tackled by an Indian male (his name tag said Latesh and there was a note on his underwear from someone called Gabby that said "I used the good detergent buddy, hope these are soft enough".)

The man held me down and for ten minutes, he kept screaming "AGOO AGAH" into my little ears. This was very embarrassing because I had invited my parents to dinner in a nearby ditch and they saw the whole thing.

I argued that because "FREE" was in the company name all the merchandise should be free, or cheap at the very least.

This plea fell on deaf ears and the staff also confiscated my mince meat roller skates. Not good.

I pre-ordered an phone. I called and asked is it available now that store manager told me that she will call back to confirm. After that I called 3 times she didn’t pick up any calls. And then I called with different sim she pick up the call and she didn’t even apologise I asked again and she told me it is available to pick up now. I went there to pick up the phone and after the credit check, there was an another Customer she told me to wait, the another customer also come to pick up the phone. He pick up the phone and go. After that she told me there is no phone I have to wait to pick up the phone. And the whole time I was waiting to pick up the phone and 45 minutes later she told me that there is no phone to pick up.like seriously, she didn’t apologise. She just don’t care.

I would say this is THE WORST customer service experience I have ever had. The store manager (middle aged Lady) there is awful. My point is if someone hates his/her job as that much, Why! Why! Why are they there! It's a questions to the staff quality of Freedom too. I am changing my service provider, thought it would be a heads up for someone.

I just bought an Iphone 11 from this location today. The customer service was wonderful and the process was relatively quick. I'm so happy with my purchase!

Got a new phone at this location. It was a quick process. However, the lady who told us it would be 60 dollars total, then added an additional 15 dollars every month. And then an one time payment of 30 dollars for a connection fee. This was way at the end when she already pulled out the phone and set everything up. It was like we had no choice in the matter at that point and we were coerced into agreeing. As if they think it's an acceptable business practice of tack on random increases from what their sales pitch was and just expect you to be okay with it.

I would caution people about this location. Last June, I went to this location to purchase a new phone and plan. When I told the customer service representative (South-Asian male that was about 30 years of age) if this was going to be a contract, he said no. The reason I asked about this was because I was going to be out of the country for 4 months, from August - December, and didn't want to pay for a plan for no reason during that time. I asked him several times, and every time - he'd tell me it wasn't a contract, I could just freeze my plan before I leave, and then restart it when I come back.

Well guess what happened when I called Freedom Mobile's HQ 4 days before I had to depart the country? They said you have a contract, and we can't do anything about it, sorry. After explaining to them my situation for 30 minutes, the best they said they can do was deduct $5.00 a month from my bill (which was a complete slap in the face).

Once again, beware when going to this location, as the male I dealt with was deceptive.

Had an amazing customer service experience and had a great offer and deal sealed. The sales person Rakesh was really friendly and helpful and solved all my silly queries with utmost paitence. Long way to go!

Sobia at this store was very helpful. Great at listening to my needs and a finding a solution on a couple of visits. Freedom Mobile stores seem to be franchises, so all branches are not the same. This one worked out well for me.

I will never go to this specific store again. I like Freedom, but this store has lost my business.

First, I upgraded my phone but the fellow never explained anything about other phones. He never even mentioned there is a difference between Moto G Play and Moto G. And no, there was no great rush in the store.

I also bought a protective case in the store.it turns out all sales are final, only he neglected to mention that. I dropped the phone at home while sitting in a chair. The "protective" case broke. I took it back the next day and was then told "all sales are final. "

Again, I like Freedom. It's a bargain carrier, but it does me just fine.

I've been to other stores, and the staff is generally good. It's just this one location - and one staff person - that has proven to be of poor value.

Extremely poor service today, employee was very rude, system was down again can't even pay my bill wasted time waiting and waiting and was offered nothing not even an apology, I'm going to switch providers, I've been overbilled for months and not offered a rebate even when the employee recognized that I've been paying too much. An absolute discrace to the term customer service.

Just left this store two minutes ago. Worst customer service! Just purchased a new phone with freedom. I was told freedom doesn't provide cases. And I can't order one from them. I also got this phone because of the $200 visa that comes with it. I had a problem setting it up and was told to contact LG and wasnt given a second to even go through it. Incredible unhappy. Rethinking this purchase of the new LG G8!
