They were helpful in setting up new device and explaining the new plan. They didn't have the phone I was looking for but was able to have it transferred to them and I had to pick up at another location. All in all a decent experience. Would have been nice if they had more staff working on boxing day however to speed things up.

I just updated my phone and got a better plan, Navkirat was a great seller, helping me with everything I needed.

Terrible support from Freedom. The person in the store can not help you with anything. They will tell you to call customer service, who will tell you to go back to the store.

Very happy with the service I've received that every question that I've asked was answered the employee was very professional and very easy to communicate with he was very polite and respectful as well. I would definitely come back to the location and I would definitely have people come use the same provider.

Vikas is just amazing! He was helpful, explained everything well and was super patient. If you live in Oshawa I highly recommend going to this location at Kingsway. Avoid the Oshawa Centre at all costs! The service there is horrible.

Vikas was surprisingly patient with me. It was already past his closing time but he still offered to help which resulted in an upsell. Good customer service and an excellent sales man. Keep it up mate.

First of all I felt like I'm in a place that does illegal activities. You have to knock for the employee to unlock the door and than the employee locks you in the store. This is not a bad neighborhood in the least. No reason for locking a store that is open. Than after taking my credit card employee calls someone and is speaking a different language. Don't trust them and will be keeping a close eye on my credit card statements as a result of going here. Seems pretty shady place to me.
