Store has the worst employees. Don’t have any knowledge regarding anything when asked questions instead replies that do not argue. Instead of helping she is busy in talking over phone. Employee name: SNEHA

25 sept: The store agent did not want to refund the package we had just bought, even though it was written in the conditions that it was possible to get a refund within 15 days of purchase. Not at all happy with in-store service!
Furthermore, I called the online service and they hung up on me because they didn't have the solution, what a shame!

Went to the shop 5 mins before closing and thought i won't make it. But the salesperson whose name is Monish helped me out and waited till we finish the transaction. He was very helpful and I really appreciate his service.

This store has a store manager Dina who is very knowledgeable about the products she sell and she is very helpful to bring the best service to the customers. I am with Freedom mobile from 2018 and see different person running this location but Dina is the best and this location get much improved from the day she is running this business. Thanks to her for high customer service she provided me.

Said they had stock for 6a but only had open box. Then it was they can get stock but after 12. It's illegal to count open box items as new.

Dina, the rep at this store, was very helpful as I transitioned to Freedom from my previous service provider. I would recommend this shop to everyone! Well done, Dina!

Dina was very helpful when I visited this store to buy a new phone. I also witnessed her being helpful and kind to other customers from the neighbourhood. This isn't a large fancy store but it had what I needed for standard mobile needs.

Bought an Alcatel 1x. 185$ and it didn't work. I turned it on and the screen stayed black. I went to return it and the employee told me she couldn't help me. I would have to wait for Rakesh who sold me the phone, he's not in until sunday, I'm so upset with this location, terrible service here

Dina was really friendly and helpful! She was quick to set me up with the new phone and plan that I wanted.
