They did my credit check when I specifically asked for a prepaid plan! And later, freedom mobile waived some activation charges and apologized? ! I'm not gonna go there again

I hate to go this location.i dont know why people or freedom open location if they dont want to serve the people.i went 3 times this location. Lady name Bindo dont like to work. She always rude and frustrated from work.plz think about it or change your customer skills if you want to run this business.

Totally garbage customer service. The manager of that store, her attitude is so wrong towards customer and she so rude. She show off that she been that store for long time and this and that…! Honestly she shouldn’t be in that store due to her bihave. I even don’t want give a one star to this store, I’m giving just they only did one thing gud. Extremely disappointed experience ever.

Visited today to get the new iphone but were turned away by the attitude of Bindu. No greeting and so pathetic attitude. Still got the phone but would recommend unless you’re in a real need for phone avoid this location.

Super Customer Service.
I have had a fair share of bad experience with cellular companies back home in US.
In and out of the storw in 10 mins. Saloni was prompt and knew exactly what I wanted and helped me with a prepaid plan.
She had no problems answering any of my queries.
On top of that she got me on a 25Gig free data for first month complimentary.
Where else would you get that.
Definitlely recommend the store and would be coming back again next time when I visit Brampton.

Poor customer service and while the customer is in the store, the rep was on a call and doing his personal business. Management should take responsibility of the employee are doing everyday

Hi, We had a device upgrade with monthly plan from this store and Agent Saloni handled our case. On that day she gave us the agreement with monthly device charge for $9 by saying that device is not available and that we have too pick from the different store tomorrow and she gave us that address. Next day we went picked the device and came back, and now we received our bill where it shows the monthly device charge as $19. When we called the store she said I don’t know - call at customer service. We called at customer service reached supervisor and came to know that somebody has created a new agreement with forged signatures, someone has accessed our account without our permission, breached our confidential information and supervisor sent the new agreement which is done by Bindu from this store - everything has been done without our knowledge. So it is completely insecure dealing with this store and these two agents Saloni and Bindu who just made fool of you. We are escalating this issue to CRTC.
I want everyone to please be careful dealing with store @ freedom store - 10671 Chinguacousy rd unit B18, Brampton

I bought I phone 13 Pro Max. Due to low stock availability they gave me phone 10days later so the sales guy said he will compensate my 10 days bill with $25 credit. It's been 2 months I called several time and now denied said that guy is not working anymore.

Horrible, had to wait outside for 45 minutes just to find out they couldn't process debit Visa to activate a new line. Nor they can do prepaid plan at the store. Everything online.

This company is the WORST cell company ever. I switched to Chatr and Freedom wouldn't unlock my phone. 24 hours later I had to fight with them to do it and was told 3-5 days before they would have an unlock code. I had to make threats of suing in order for them to find a code. WORST COMPANY BY FAR!

Narinder lied to me and told me that there is $10 activation and $10 Sim charges (he will waive $10 if I leave them favorable review) where as when I contacted Freedom they told me its only $10 for both SIM and activation during current promotion and if you do online no charges for SIM or activation. Don't bother going to this store if thats all they going to do is scam you.

Really bad customer service. The service rep was not helpful at all. Took tons of time just to pull up my account. Did not know about the current deals or not assured as to whether I will get an offer or not.

They asked me to do everything through App.
Their app is too weird. The person working there was not fully equipped with knowledge to answer a few questions.
I am giving two stars because their plans are really good.

Worst customer service employees are so rude and need customer training again all jokers are at the till and don't know about any kind of customer service I was Freedom customer for last two years but due to this location employees bad service I cancelled my Freedom service. I visited this store on 14th of December and Guys did not want me to help even though i was out side the store que for 25 minutes and the employees even don’t bother answer some simple questions and they were more interested to chat with their friend who was roaming in store and told me to come again as they have a customer coming by on line appointment even though their was no customer waiting outside the store after me. If anybody needs Freedom connection don't visit this location

Without any notice, this local does not accept credit cards. Moreover extremely rude staff, esp very unpleasant interaction with Mr. Narinder. Not a recommended location to visit.

The girl that's currently working there is ZERO HELP always her saying call 611 I cannot help you. Freedom you guys need someone with more customer service skills and not sitting behind the desk looking at her phone and talking to customers at the same time -. - I don't know her name but check who's on that shift and fix up I pay good money towards you guys and this is what I get.

I have been going to this location for past four years, switched two phone and sehaj have been always very kind and helpful.always gave me the best deals. She is quite good at what she does. Hopefully her customer service skills are making a huge difference in working with freedom.

Just switched to freedom mobile and the staff at Chinguacousy and Sandalwood branch are very helpful and knowledgeable. Will go back again to get my kids to sign up with them too- highly recommended! I have already recommended them to my friends.

It’s been 5 hours since I have been their customer.
“Amazing” experience.not even a courtesy sorry or please let me try to help you.
Preet should have training for basics of customer service, if not how to provide the best one.
Staying in Brampton, I am not getting home service but roaming connectivity, tried to diagnose through online chat, didn’t reach anywhere.
Cannot call there 611 number as I am on roaming.
Asked Preet to cal tech support, which was refused, asked to cancel the service, they cannot, only the location where it was opened. Not even a sorry or even bothered to help.
