Went in to upgrade my phone. Had already been quoted what it would cost me that I’m a bit early. The girl there was so rude. Told me to wait and did not want to serve me. No wonder this place was empty. I still can’t believe how rude she was. Will never go back

Use to avoid this location in the past but gave it another chance and had the best service today! Had issues with my account which was resolved within minutes. Harsh was really helpful and has great communication! Amazing sales rep, thankyou!

I had to wait outside for few minutes as their policy is 2 per customer inside due to this pandemic but overall satisfied with the customer service rendered by harsh! Very good experience, explained well my new plan and very informative.

I visited other Freedom Mobile locations and was in complete distress when I found Harsh at this location. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I had to go back once again to improve the plan I had purchased and he was quick to recognize me and adapt the plan to suit my needs. 10/10. Good customer service is so difficult to find these days and although I rarely review anything, feel that he deserves the praise on this one! Good job Harsh! Keep up the good work!

I went to freedom to get new chip. I didn’t realized it does require to bring a drive license. I told him that I will be coming back another days. He forced me to come back at the same day just because I am deaf. Stop it! Grow up! It’s my decision to come back or not!

I want to share about the store that yesterday I upgrade my device with freedom through their store. Everything was good, they get me an open box iphone pro 12 and the employee named Harsh told me that it's just 2 days ago returned phone but now today I checked with Apple itself that phone was sold 14 days ago and some other facts presented were proved wrong. So, I don't know how to trust this store whose employees are playing foul to sell his products. I will contact freedom too about this.

Sevrice is not slow.its very very very very very very slow. Customer waiting outside and they are eating food inside customers wait up to 2 hours

Went there to discuss the issue regarding my billing. Girl who was on shift was really rude and ignorant.no client value even not intrested to talk. Feel bad to met such ignorant person with the end of my day 8 dec 5: 30 Pm recommend to go any other place

I was with freedom mobile for over 3 years. I didn’t get service at home (only 4km from the closest store), was spotty when drove around. I was in a accident and was out of work for a few months customer service when you call is terrible and they don’t help you with your situation. And was overall left with a bad taste in my mouth with the company. Not going to recommend to anyone. Having the data was a nice thought but trying to use it is another story.

Sales person Ravi Verma was so unprofessional that he didn't even explained the contract.
Store was in bad condition and grills were on and I wasn't even able to see the promotional posters.
As he explained working for 7-8years and still taking 30 minutes for an activation isn't experience.

Vividh was very helpful with getting a new iPhone and thoroughly explained how the payment work and the upfront cost!

Staff was horrible. Would honestly rather go anywhere else then ask for customer assistance here. If I could give this a 0, I absolutely would.

Absolutely amazing service, good people, and amazing service. They really have gone above and beyond every time I've visited especially Ravi. I would recommend this store to anyone thinking of switching to freedom.

I went there open new line, I choose the phone when I went the phone camera doesn't work, for brand new iPhone 11. I went back immediately, I waste 3 hours against, the check my phone was factory defect. I find new person was good customer service, but I waste my time for nothing. The first guy who sold me the don't know to explain or check the phone with customer.

Called them 3 times. The guy who picked up was so rude. They don’t even let you finish your question and give you their unnecessary advice. Need to learn what customer service is.

I went to this store and I got samsung S10e on $0.and The boy named Ravi helped me.he was so helpful and gives me best deal

15 mins to closing time sign still is on and reads open and found doors locked and employees at the computers waving they are closed. We knew what we wanted and could have been a quick sale. Guess customer service is not a priority.

Poor customer service
I came to this store to talk about my freedom account, there was a brown guy name Ravi who was so suck at customer service and denied to serve me. I asked him to give his supervisor phone number he said “ I am the supervisor ” Eventually I had to report to the customer service about his rude behavior! I hope Freedom company will take appropriate action against him. This store really suck! Watch out people.

Went to uprade to new simcard. Told don't have to card ok. Not so. Phone not working.
Must go back to change card. Waste of my time

Horrible customer service. There was one girl and one guy at the desk. Both have no intensions of gaining any kind of business to the store. No knowledge on customer service. Zero explaination skills. Not interested in gaining customers. Looks like they are at the store only to complete their time for the day and leave.

The customer service and supervisors on the help line are completeeely useless. Have had them mess up 3 orders for my phone and has taken over a week and a half to get here and have not recieved no tracking number or ANYTHING, been here for 8years and loyalty team only offered me $10off for 3months. TRASHHHHH COMPANY.
