Great service from Manpreet. Very knowledgeable and polite. On top of the current promotions. He process customers quickly and acknowledges customers as they enter the store. Must say the location requires maintenance, cleaning and the air conditioning is still not working since last visited. Making the wait uncomfortable especially with Covid 19 concerns.

Long wait due to the Covid-19, and then their system wasn't responding, however, Jay was friendly and easy to work with. I ended up calling Freedom's Customer Support to get the job done myself later!

Really glad with the services provided by Mr Manpreet today. I was about to get prepaid plan but he gave me a phone and a good plan with same price. He transferred all my data and while sitting there I observed he is really helpful to all other customers in stores as well and calling customers to come in for good deals. I went here to replace my old phone and they didn't have any in stock. They said I would get it within two days and it ended up being a week. So however their shipping works, it's horrible. I have been back and forth constantly dealing with them and it has just been a headache. The staff is not very helpful either.

This is the store to come to if you want an affordable plan and excellent customer service. Manpreet was a great help with setting up my spouse and I with our new cell phones.
