Freedom Mobile

Khurram at the Greektown Freedom location was very helpful with the purchase of a new phone and with the immediate replacement of a faulty unit. Additionally, he put considerable effort into sorting out a direct payment problem. When he realized he didn't have the access needed, he directed me to right person to sort it out. Problem solved.

Be aware that Freedom has limited coverage outside of the GTA. They offer a small amount of coverage, called nationwide coverage - but you can exhaust that really quicky so it's not very useful. As a result, I have since moved to another provider as I travel

My experiences dealing with this particular Freedom Mobile has been excellent. Both Irshad and Abdul were very knowledgable and helpful. I will only deal with this location as they are the most efficient location I have ever been to.

Very bad service, the very rude and arrogant person paid my receipt and I almost threw the ticket at him, he tried to consult something else and he did not even have the courtesy to look at me, he just tells me call 611, I try to ask him another question and with the same arrogance he answers me 611 you would see the store select its customer service staff well

Needed to switch service providers. Walked in and left within 20 minutes with a new number. The guys were nice and didn’t try too hard to upsell the plan I was looking for. All around a nice experience, will definitely come back.
