The customer service to have my phone number ported from a lesser known carrier to Freedom was excellent. Omar was very helpful, took the time answer all my questions and ensured that the process was completed successfully.

Best freedom store in ottawa to my opinion, went there looking, got out of there with a galaxy s23 ultra for, 40 bucks a month, yes u heard me 40 bucks a month for s23 ultra, plus the worker dosent cut corners, explain everything, very nice poeples, his name was omar, very nice guy, so if ur looking for a new phone at a cheap price I RECOMMEND u go chek FREEDOME MOBILE ON BANK STREET

Omar and Lucas provided great support, and were exceptionally patient.helping me try to sort out a difficult problem caused 100% by Freedom's overseas call center which had screwed up big time

Sean suggested we give this place a 5 star review and drew a smiley face on our invoice. We are happily complying. Sean was friendly and efficient, and the deal we got for our prepaid freedom sims was a good deal compared to other providers. The data speed is nice and fast in Central ottawa. Yet to test outside of town.

Poor training and bad attitude. Don't know how to fix your problems, but know it's somebody else's responsibility. Almost makes me want to go to Bell or Rogers. Almost.

It was a lovely experience. They have good customer care, but freedom mobile service is lacking. For instance, it keeps disconnecting randomly for no reason, not weather, not location, nothing. Otherwise its affordable for use within ottawa.

The best branch in Ottawa, Fawaaz was the employee who served me and made everything easy and understandable for me from the begginning to the end, even helped me get my old number back. When In doubt ask for Fawaaz and you will not be disappointed
