James…James…James…I refrained from escalating our interaction since I am aware of how to conduct myself during interactions pertaining to business with representatives of companies or services but I figured I should write a review highlighting your flaws and hoping Freedom’s management can offer you some training regarding customer service and also boundaries for interactions. Your opinion doesn’t matter when it comes to valuable customers, their money or their logical requests my friend. Your disgusting attitude, unwanted opinions or make shift policy for an entity which you clearly work for an do not own are very much not required during customer interactions. I hope that a member from your management team sees this review and understand I am not writing this for you to be fired or anything but for them to provide you with the necessary support, whether it be emotional support or employee training. I just hope that they will acknowledge you and value you enough to help your understanding of what is required of you as a customer service provider.

I had an excellent experience with the manager Michael when inquiring about a phone plan with a new phone. He was very informative and also professional in providing me with great service.

Unprofessional worker was there her name was Eva, she gave us all wrong information about upgrading phone. She told us that you can only upgrade your phone for 2 years lease and must return it back, no other option. But fortunately I upgraded Ma phone from Richmond hill freedom mobile location.

Super happy with my experience at this Freedom location. Michael was friendly and had great recommendations. My whole experience was smooth, and I spent very little time transferring from another carrier. Overall, I am really happy and have recommended this location to many people!

10/10 would come again. Would recommend my friends and family to Michael cause he offered great deals and amazing customer service and the most funniest dude I ever meet. And switching plans was super easy and super quick.

Michael was great and friendly and recommended a phone plan for me and I have been using it for a couple of months now and I’m very happy with it!

I wasn't even trying to switch plans or upgrade my phone but the main man Michael was spitting out so much deals for me and hooking a sister up. I definitely left happy and you would to.
