Terrible service. I went there for the $34 boxing day plan, they said that they cannot do that because I am already an existing customer and I need to call through the callsite. I call through the call site and I was basically left on hold for 30+ minutes before I had to disconnect. Terrible staff, that gives its existing customers a worse deal than the newer customers.

Avoid at all costs. Con artists. Charged me 45 dollar activation fee. Could not even get my number ported over. Lied and said I gave them incorrect account number. The woman there will do whatever it takes to get a sales. CON ARTIST. Luckily I got my 45 dollars back even though she lied and said its non-refundable. Never will I do business with this location or freedom again. CON ARTISTS

Great service, went in to update my phone and Gagandeep and his associate provided me with the information I needed and swiftly upgraded my phone for me. Best service I have received from a phone company in a while.

I called the store and was speaking to a female representative. I was about to ask her a question and she hung the phone up on me. I called her back to let her know and she told me she was getting another call and she had to go. Seriously not good customer service, lousy excuse.

Very bad experience because they offered the good deal but when we get the bill they are adding everything. I paid extra 95$ for two connections when I called customer service they don’t know anything.

Awful service. I came in to upgrade phone and plan. I paid cash to pay my bill, then they tell me I have to wait 20mins for the cash payment to go through. Didn’t have my cards because I lost it and the banks were closed. Then they say it can take longer. Then the employee says to lower my ego. Never said anything about my ego, At least know the definition of the word before you use it in a sentence. I wasn’t evening yelling at them, then they aren’t even sure it would be 20min. Telling go wait here or somewhere else, I’d go to another location for better service. That know how to

Musawer. WOW. He dealt with 3 customers and myself all at the same time. This guy is unbelievable. He should be running the store, owning the store hes that efficient and knowledgeable. My hat goes off to Musawer. First time ive ever had service so good and explained to me. I cant say enough good things about him. So far ive told 6 different people about Musawer and where the store is. I bet you 3 of the 6 SWITCH providers soon!
