This store is known for top-notch customer service to their customers. When I was there, met a guy named Dipesh who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My problem was sort out within a minutes.

If I could give no stars I would. They had very poor people skills. They felt the need to belittle someone with a learning disability and than decided to speak a different language, and laugh plus make comments. The representative was soorang I believe, didn't really want give his name.

Refused to serve me. Door was opened. Gate half closed. Employee said system was off but still using it. Poor customer service.

Worst phone company you could get ever get. First my picture messaging stopped working which I could live without and then it wouldnt let me send text messages which I could not live without. The support team is useless and could not figure out the problem so I switched to koodo.
