The store associate failed to request my email address or pin number when I purchased a temporary SIM. Despite numerous calls to customer service to resolve unauthorized charges on my credit card, the issue persisted due to the absence of an email address. It's perplexing how an account was opened without accurate details (email address and phone number) Fortunately, Nakita later assisted in deactivating the SIM and empathized with my frustration.

I have learned that Freedom stores will no longer sell anything less then an iPhone 15. I assume there must be some sort of incentive to only sell an iPhone 15. If you are looking for an upgrade, less than an iPhone 15 just go to Bestbuy, they are awesome.

Very upset, if there is a zero start I will choose it.
The reception is very bad inside the building in the same city I live. I have to pay 78$ for a horrible service. My husband switched to other company. The reception with customers service doesn’t work as well. My husband signed up a contract with them and now I am stuck other wise I have to pay 135$ to leave. Don’t trust them it is scam company

I went to Freedom today to get an upgrade for my phone, and Nakita’s service was immaculate. She really helped me with getting my new phone set up and find a way to save money so that I’m not paying an exorbitant amount of money for my phone bill. The process went smoothly and efficiently.

Very rude and unprofessional staff, as soon they know that you are not going to buy any product their behavior change, wasted my 20 minutes waiting on line and the agent sits on first desk refused to help as I didn't have my driver license with me, I kept telling the agent I just need some information and don't want to change anything and showed my health card, credit cards etc but he was stubborn and didn't help me at all, worst customer service.

Most Ridiculous Experience with Freedom, Nobody knows what they are doing. Anthony wasted 1 hour, doesn’t know a thing. I’ve been with freedom for almost 5 years, wanted to change number to corporations name, confirmed by customer care rep and was told to visit store, when I went there Anthony told me it’s not doable in postpaid and sold me another number under corporation’s name, charged me money, activated it and still my name was showing everywhere, instead of corp.on the account. Heights of miss commitment and miss-representation. Moving my business from Freedom as soon as I get first opportunity.

Incredibly bad experience with terribly disrespectful staff. Was directed by phone support to go in person for troubleshooting, then a man named Amir was a complete a**h*ole the minute my sister and mother walked in, acting very dismissive. His misogyny and Freedom's awful assistance during this time is the best reminder as to why to never stay with a company like this.

I just purchased an IPhone 12pro 256GB pacific blue and bought a case and screen guard worth 70CAD The customer care representative Akshay attached the screen guard. Just before I got into my car, I saw a dust particle was trapped inside the screen guard and went back to the store and the store manager Norman Brown told me they could not replace it and had to buy another and had to fix it by myself. This is how they treat their customers just after seconds of making business. There is literally no value for customers there. I would not recommend this store to anybody if you value your money. I am giving one star only because the system do not allow to put zero stars.

I had a very professional and excellent experience at this location. SID was very helpful and cooperative during my process of buying a new phone. Wonderful experience from this location. A gentleman named Numair Ahmed helped me out when I was there. I went in to upgrade my phone and my phone plan. He made everything clear and did all the work. Very good hearted person as well very honest and respectful. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to him if you’re at the store. Clean location as well and good staff

After trying the Freedom online help service and payment through my bank because my auto-pay was not working anymore and I couldn't fix it through the app or website, I went to this branch so that they can fix my auto-pay. The guy tried my credit card once and said it doesn't work and I don't know what to do! I asked for any guidance and he kept insisting that he has no idea what's should be my next step to fix the problem. I said that's horrible. He said I agree! I kept suggesting ideas while he slowly moved away from the table and opened the door for me. It took me a few seconds outside to think what just happened.very unique customer service!

My husband and I bought 2 screen protectors from the brand Pure. Gear for our new phones that are both Samsung Galaxy A71. The Pure. Gear screen protectors this freedom mobile sold us costed $40 which is really expensive for something such a horrible quality. The screen protectors broke multiple times in less than half a week after buying them. They should reconsider selling that product, I've found many 1 star reviews about this product from people from Canada and USA.

Poor customer service at this location. The males personnel working there are not customer focus at all and jump from one task to another. Do not recommend this location, you will end up frustrated and your issue not resolved as they will tell you to contact the device vendor.

This is by far the saddest excuse for a company and customer service I have ever seen In my life.

The manager of the store knowingly confirmed to me they had a glitch in their system after they took our money did not give us a receipt and would not provide any information other than technical support he then told us we would have to come back in 2-4 days just to cancel and get our money back after speaking to technically support considering the number they supposedly gave us was no activated. So no activated number yet they charged us and no form of receipt would be printed. This company should not even continue to reck havoc in our community.
The management and team are so poorly trained and have such lack of knowledge it is a joke to even consider this as a company. Very poor excuse if these People are the face of your brand.
Do not waste your energy going to this store!

I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. They helped me get a new phone and plan quickly and stayed past closing time to complete the transaction. The staff were knowledgeable (Nana) and detail oriented. All tasks were completed without issue.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I brought a friend with me who was thinking of switching to freedom, but by the time I left, I was thinking of leaving as well. Every word I said seemed to annoy the lady further starting from hi. Oh, she was also stating information that was blatantly wrong, not sure if its for own personal gain, i think she was just that out of it and lazy to care.

Came in and dealt with a rep by the name of Nana, complete and total SCAM artist. He took my CC and driver’s licence did a credit check and opened an account in my name. After telling him I do not want to go forward with any services from Freedom mobile after reading the reviews he insisted on me just keeping the account open in case I decide to port my # over to freedom mobile I advised I want the account closed immediately and that I don’t plan on transferring any services. Nana then advised the account is closed and will dissolve in 3-6months. Sounded pretty sketchy but I turned a blind eye to it until I asked to get some sort of documentation indicating the account is closed. He said he has none to provide. Upon leaving the store I decided to call the call centre just to verify no # and or services have been added under my name only to find out upon calling the Freedom Mobile contact # there’s a pin on an account mind you a pin which I didn’t pick but rather Nana picked and didn’t provide me with.sketchy x 10000 SMH. I will be returning to the store tomorrow to get said pin that was added to an account that should be CLOSED. I regret not following my gut instinct something was off upon entering the store it’s pretty clear there’s some sort of fraudulent activity taking place in there.

I just wanted a few questions answered, didn't want a new phone at that moment but was very pushy. Kept telling me he was commission based.not how you make a sale. As I was walking out he kept on trying to sell to me.
