At first I was confused how the phone plans worked, so the initial prices (which are reimbursed) caught me off guard and I was a afraid I got scammed

Customer service is less then decent. It’s a confusing mess. Service areas are spotty. You get what you pay for.

I find Milan to be utmost professional it would take too long to list all of the qualities that milan possess certain employees of freedom excels in. Evertime I visit this store I leave relax and positive. This is due to Milan's attitude.

Totally scam. A agent lied and let me pay $80 for a screen protector. I have evidences but their customer service representative keeps telling me that they can't do anything so I need to talk to the agent who did this to me. I never go to this location!
