Went to this store back in October 2023 because they had the phone I was looking for. Spoke to Arun and, wow, what exceptional service! He really went above and beyond, even keeping the phone aside for me. He also had some great alternative suggestions. Super helpful with the setup and backup too.
Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a phone and want amazing service!

I visited this store recently with a friend who needed some help with his new cell phone. Kasaine got my friend started with his new phone. Kasaine was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and helped my friend step-by-step. My friend and I are seniors and smart phone set-up is very new to us. Kasaine went "above and beyond" to ensure that we had a positive experience. Thank you!

Gurleen has exceptional customer service. She was extremely helpful and made sure we got the best deal and also helped customize our phone plan to meet our needs. She was pleasant to work with. I’m so glad we had her as our Freedom representative.

Freedom mobile is a very incompetent service. They do not honour their promises. The company rips their customers by overcharging them roaming fees that are imaginably high. They won't reduce their fees and they won't let customers know that charges can be reduced by turning data roaming off. They are rude, unable to communicate coherently/clearly. It has been a very horrible experience dealing with Freedom Mobile: (Please walk away from this company who only cares about taking advantage of their customers.

When i came I had problems with my phone and i think there was young girl named Dia she attended me and solved all my problems in a tick. She was really friendly and inviting. Excellent customer service by her. A day before I came someone else attended me and I was not satisfied but this girl has helped me alot.
