These guys are liars and scammers! I went there almost 3 times diff days. At first-time they are offering me an iphone14 for $40 a month but I was busy so I have to come back d next day. Unfortunately the guy -Jai wasn't there. So I have to come back again then the guy just denied everything even d note he gave me. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Had an issue with customer service line, one of the agent Eli in this retail store was professional and helpful. Very satisfied with their services.

Got a new phone and my day is blessed. Abhi and store manager Ashley did a wonderful job assisting me with a charger and screen protector.

My friend just bought the phone from Jane & finch (upgrade) 2 days ago for $76 iPhone 13 and I went to this store at Nov 12 around 3 and gentle man insist me to buy insurance for add $10 which I refused and he refused me to give the phone. Called freedom customer service and they told me you don’t need to get the insurance and they spoke with the guy and in 5mins phone is Sold! He is like the phone is in hold for another customer! These guys are SCAM! Asked for store manager MR. ASHLEY KING who will be in Monday. Let’s see is this how he is managing his store.

An advise for the owner of this location, change the girl at front or look for another job!
service is worst that you could imagine. The door is locked and she asks you to remove the mask so she can see your face!

was planning to switch from Rogeres 3 lines and new phones.
Would keep the lines as I do not want to be treated like 3rd class customers. Trust me, it is better to pay a few dollars extra and don't deal with low class customer service. Better to pay extra to Bell and Rogers and be treated in a right way. I had no choice other wise would give them 0 star.

I went into this store during my lunch, in a panic because my phone died while I was at work and wouldn't turn on. I spoke with Jonathan and he was extremely helpful! Honesty, I was about about break down because I couldn't afford to go and sign for a new phone.

I had told him the situation, and he asked if i had the phone replaced, I mentioned I had prior. Because of an previous issue with the battery I had beforehand. Jonathan, had assisted me by looking up my account and seeing that it was still within the warranty period from when it was replaced. Then he proceeded to wait, on the phone with the company *SBE* to see if they'd be able to assist. We waited on the phone for almost an HOUR! But he did keep my company along with his co-worker. While we waited for someone to pick up, unfortunately I had to return back to my office. However, Jonathan and his colleague still remained on the phone. I had given him my email to contact me to see if they got through. He did and mentioned that they had hung up, but provided me the MEI number and contact details to call them on my own time. They really didn't have to go above and beyond. But I am truly thankful they did! Both of them provided comedy relief while we were waiting forever to speak with a agent.

As well! I went to the Oakville store, and was provided a loaner phone while it's being repaired. I was just shy of a few days, of it being completely out of warranty. I would have had a brick for a phone, if I didn't go into Jonathan's store to speak to him about it.

I had to return a device that I purchased online but since I had paid upfront and shipping label was not in my box the situation got complicated.
I went to the store and the staff explained to me how this should be dealt with through customer service.
I spent at least 3-4 hours on the phone as well as texting the Freedom Mobile customer service but got no where.
Went back to the store and asked for their help as I was running out of the timeframe I had to return the device. Barsha, the store manager, went above and beyond to find a way to help me. Other store staff did the same; Kyle was empathetic with my situation and suggested the ways I could try, and Jonathan explained some technical aspects of the device to me that I couldn't find in the videos I watched for my new device.
This team demonstrated high levels of customer care and turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one.
Barsha, if you read this, thank you so very much again:)

My experience with this store was fruitful, because the employee Zarina is a very qualified and competent specialist in her field. She solved my questions very quickly, I recommend Zarina to everyone!

Went in to upgrade my phone to an iPhone Xs, employee with curly hair and glasses told me that the phone was “discontinued” and that it couldn’t be sent to the location or to me in general. When i asked if any other location might have the phone he said that there was only ONE phone left in BARRIE. The next day i called the freedom mobile near leslie st and cummer ave and immediately they told me that they had the phone in stock in store. Almost wasted a day driving to barrie. Had a fantastic experience at the freedom mobile near leslie st and cummer ave.

The Team Lead named Jon is exceptional! I used to work with him at a different location, and now that I'm not with the company, all my Freedom mobile referrals go to him because I know he will suggest the plan and phone that's perfect for my friends and family rather than trying to upsell.

Also very informed on policies and providing general information. Won't be long before he manages his own store
