Where do I start the customer service is incredible. Thank you so much Tristan and Peter you guys are amazing I was just there on Thursday to upgrade my phone and Tristan was so patient, kind and helpful with me I really appreciate it. I love my new phone if you need to go to a Freedom Mobile location this is the one. I dealt with Tristan and Peter but I'm sure all the staff are great! Thanks again guys I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything!

I recently switched over to Freedom Mobile, and Sean provided the best service I’ve had in a long while. He was patient, respectful and knowledgeable and worked with us to get the correct products with very little fuss. His process was smooth and we felt like we could fully trust him with the move. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who listens

I've been a loyal customer from Wind Mobile days. Staff is always very helpful, and cost of service as well as phones is reasonable.

I really had a very bad experience with Freedom mobile for the first time. A tall guy working at Eastgate mall location, I don’t know his name but was very very rude to me and my friends. We all are using freedom mobile from so many years but if the one who is providing us the service don’t understand the problem and is not cooperative who else we can expect? He is working there from so long but still don’t know what to do in any situation. When I was trying to explain him something, he just simply said “ M NOT DOING THIS, TALK TO MY BOSS”. I was not telling him to do anything wrong, but he didn’t listen to me. Me and my friends will change our service provider for sure because these people don’t know how to talk. They are good example of bad customer service.

I was really surprised on how good the service was. It is rare these days to see staff that are professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I was served by Tristan and I really appreciate how easy and pleasant the transaction went. The store was busy, but worth the time spent there. Highly recommended!

Poor customer service and the staff is not professional at all. A tall guy having long hairs behaves very rude every time. I have visited 4-5 times here and he don’t respect customers. Rather than solving my problems, he showed attitude all the time and even neither apologized for his behaviour. Surely will leave freedom network soon.

After being with freedom for many years, I ported out of freedom to another service and due to an error by the dealer of the other phone company, the porting was not completed. I called customer service and they said I need to get a new temporary number with freedom and port back my old number to keep it. I went to this location on May 17,2022 at around 4: 30 p.m. And asked them for help in the matter and explained to them the situation. The agent insisted that there is no way I could get my number back despite what customer service said. When I insisted for support in the matter the agent said in a condescending tone "Let me make it easy for you". When I became angry he started talking back told me never to come back again. I went to another freedom mobile outlet and they understood my concern right away. I called customer service after and got my number back. What a bunch of donkeys working at this location. They should be working at a farm. The worst customer service experience ever. I will be porting out of freedom again hopefully never to return.

My friend who is a client of freedom had recently made changes to her cell phone service and I just want to recommend that for all your cellphone needs if you are a member of freedom Ryan was an amazing help to my friend. Thank you for your support and understanding to her needs. His manager should realize he was an exceptional help.

Booked my 13 promax 256gb on 26/11/21. It was told to me by the employee that your are opting for golden colour so u will get the phone in 1 week. Still waiting on phone. When ever u call them they are giving different statements. Or telling me that they can refund my money. I don’t want refund i want PHONE. Before making any statement please go through your protocols.

Best deals in town. You cannot beat them in price. Those crooked big names are just fooling the foolish.

Most amazing experience I've had in years of dealing with Freedom mobile. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Great experience at this corporate store. Sean is THE DUDE to see here, super knowledgeable, honest and professional.

Do not buy accessories jammed down your throat buy sales associates, phone has never been dropped and glass screen is broken before 48 hours, "scratch free" case is also scratched by just being in my purse. $80 down the drain. Store not willing to refund there faulty products. Save you money and buy accessories elsewhere.

I had to get set up with a new phone and needed to transfer all my info over, Aida helped me a ton with this! She made the process simple and saved me a HUGE headache of having to figure it out on my own. Great customer service:)

I was looking for upgrade on my Motorola cell phone and got excellent deal on Motorola RAZR phone, it was half price. Service by sales person was excellent compared to many other places.

I had a very smooth experience at this location. Sean was excellent and very helpful, he went above and beyond my expectations and made sure I left as a happy customer.

The stores never pick up the phone.

So I wanted to upgrade my phone and I called customer service over the phone (due to coronavirus) and they said i have to go into the store. I dont want to waste my time and find out that they don't have the phone I want in stock so I called the store and they didn't pick up. Called another one and they also didn't pick up.

Sean was amazing at helping me get two new devices and phone plans. He was knowledgeable and assisted me where I had any questions and answered with patience. There should be more reps like him out there, thanks Sean!

The staff here go out of their way to help customers and explain their mobile bls in detail so there is transparency and clear expectations. I'm glad my local freedom Mobile store has been equipped with staff of high customer service oriented calibre

Recommend for all your cellphone services needs, cheapest plan and $0 down, you keep your phone after 24 month contracts, no phone returned necessary, you have to check in with the text in the pictures

Terrific prices but only except credit card so a little limited. Service seems to be pretty good.

Highly non professional and stupid staff, all lie and favoring people out of the que then speak badly with customers. Highly highly not recommend that store. Fine anyone else nearby.

Fast service in and out, not to mention great deals i was paying the same amount before and now i got a literal free $800 5G phone for the payments of an off contract phone, $0 down and 10GB extra of data unbeatable.

I went into Freedom Mobile Eastgate to purchase a new i phone and had the pleasure of meeting a salesperson by the name of Sean. This person was amazing and so kind went beyond his role and attended to every request we had. Sean filled our order and I would recommend him in a heart beat. Freedom mobile is the same as wind they just change their name.the cell phone won't even work in my apartment that place is.it's cheap that's why I went there but you know what I'm with Koodo now and it's amazing. You get what you pay for

Was bad.was outside waiting for almost 30 minutes. 2 costumers only inside which doesn't make sense.staff are not nice too ever since.

Bought a phone off Tristan and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I was in and out with my phone and he was a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service Tristan!

I visited the Eastgate Square location last year to purchase a new phone and review my phone plan. I had the great pleasure to be served by Sean, who was just fantastic. He is super friendly, has a great sense of humour, and was incredibly helpful in getting me the best possible plan and phone within my budget. Another great thing about Sean was I could tell how sincere he was in how much he LOVES working for an independent company and not one of the "big three". He also went above and beyond in providing a little extra on my service plan.

I had sent an email last year about how wonderful Sean is, so I hope the company passed it on to his manager. Just now I realized that I should also let the public know, too. If you want great, personal service, go to the Eastgate Square location and ask for Sean.

I’ve been a Freedom customer for years, back when it was still called Wind Mobile. I started having connectivity issues about a year ago and was considering switching phone companies. I went to the Eastgate Square location in Hamilton to see what could be done and talked to Sean.

Sean was incredibly professional, very outgoing, and was able to upgrade my current plan to give me a new phone, more data, and better features. All of my concerns were addressed perfectly, and I went from considering switching companies to telling my friends to join with Freedom.

I strongly believe that customer service is the deciding factor in which mobile provider a person chooses - Sean impressed me enough to not only stay with Freedom, but to advocate their business.

Great provider! Never had any issues. Tristan is great! He always provides the right information when purchasing a phone. He always strives to make sure your needs are met! Definitely recommended him and this location.

The customer service with freedom is amazing, the only downside is the lack of coverage if you don't leave the city I would recommend it completely but I get kicked onto roaming while at work so I had to swap out

We had been a customer of Telus for 12 years. Switching to Freedom was a good move for us. We dealt with Sean from the Eastgate Square store. He is an excellent associate, knowledgable and has amazing customer service skills. I would recommend anyone needing a phone (at good prices) to go and see Sean.

Advertising phones that you dont carry its false advertising went to 5 diferent stores and eveyone of them try selling me the same phone but one

We were unable to use the device we purchased for various reasons, but the service we received, both at the time of purchase and upon returning the device, was excellent. All personnel we encountered were patient and courteous from start to finish.

Watch for boxing day sales, the staff at this location are very nice, they will help you get just what you need!

The wait was 25 minutes before I could chat with someone as they had such a long speech to go over with the customer they were serving. I gave 2 sheets to other customers who casein waited 5 minutes then left.
I finally got to speak with the young man about switching my account and he said I have to call cause if he switches it my credits won't be applied.
Nice prices the staff just need to be better set up and not have to go through a whole speech thing.

Not much coverage of territory, I know it's not expensive but still u should cover more then one city, come on guys u can"t pass Burlington & oakville, that's all no Hamilton or mississauga oh Toronto no way and niagara falls that's different story u can only dream about it

I recently left Freedom and the main reason is the fact the reception area they cover isn't very big. However, they do have great monthly deals with lots of data etc.and offers on phones & phone payment plans and such.

I'm trying to to take a phone number of my credit card and sent me on a wild house chase three times dragging my Di's abled.friend their.myself going and wast my time and still didn't take this phone that's all ready paid for. Gave me a five dollar credit. Big deal does not even cover my time off work or my Di's abled bus fare. I can't wait to pay off my phone. Iwill have nothing to do with this company again #9on the list of good companies they don't even gime the same bill every month they say owe u usded gigs or 411 try that see how exspe'nsive that is. Plus who pays two dollars to take them their money. We should be paid for bring ING them ther money. Very un happy can't wait till my phone is payed and I'm going to another company latter

I never had a problem till now. Went in to pay cash and got charged an extra $2 for paying cash. I was told it was a service fee? I can understand getting charged if I was paying by debit or credit but cash? Asked for an explanation why and they couldn't give me a valid reason.

Thank you Eastgate freedom for such a good experience in store. I do not at all recommend dealing with the Centre Mall location in downtown Hamilton, every issue they send you driving across the city to another location. Very knowledgeable staff at Eastgate and they can do everything in one store and thank you for not sending us to another location. It becomes really annoying and time consuming.

Time and again I'm becoming disappointed with Freedom Mobile. Tried to take advantage of a special deal today. This required me to switch from a prepaid plan to a contract, which in turn requires a credit score check. No problem. Except I was refused. Not because my credit rating is bad. Quite the contrary. I literally just got approved for a $30 K car loan 2 hrs before so my credit is quite healthy. I got automatically refused because my first name on my driver's license is different from the name on my credit card! The DL name is my legal name Malgorzata, Polish version of Margaret. All my credit cards, health card, bank accounts I've had in the last 36 years are under Margaret. Never mind that the employee calling in for the check has two pieces of id with my photo to confirm I am the person on the cards. Nope! They won't even check. Never in my 36 years in Canada have I had a problem with this and I've been a good customer for years. Never missed one payment. Shameful. I hate Roger's and Bell Mobile but they are starting to look pretty good right now.

My boy Dan was the best! Very knowledgable kid and surprised me with all the info he knew since I am very tech savy. Complete asset to the company. They should hire more like him and remove the blonde haired kid since hes pretty daft as to whats going on
