We came in today hoping to solve a problem with switching a prepaid plan, and Marlen provided us with excellent customer service. As you can see, a few weeks prior, we had already made a few calls to freedom mobile to have a number removed from a line. Unfortunately, they advised us to do it in store. As a result, we went to the closest public mobile booth to us. However, they informed us that they couldn't do it in store and advised us to go to a larger branch instead.

So when we arrived, they informed us that there was nothing they could do at this branch, as was to be expected. I told Marlen about the situation, and he gave us many options for how he might assist us using the resources he has access to. And without a doubt, he took care of the problems, explained the procedure in detail, and gave us more clarity about our plans for using freedom mobile. Five stars wouldn't even begin to describe how much Marlen assisted us today in terms of how nice the overall experience was.

Spoke to moe today and not only was he kind and friendly he was BEYOND helpful. He really made the experience of being a freedom customer not feel soo bad. I really appreciate him and glad i got to interact with him today.

It wasn’t the first time we were at Freedom Mobile in Fairview Mall, but it was by far the best experience we’ve had. My husband and I went there to buy a new phone, and we were helped by Mohammad who is very knowledgable and helped us make all the right choices. He also was very patient and answered the many questions we had. We are extremely happy and are sure to go back there for all our future phone needs.

Avoid if you care about data services. Switched from bell and the data service is so bad. Practically No service in some malls and gyms and outside Toronto.

Why should I drive half an hour to be here and see they closed the doors 15min before the store is supposed to close? I get it that it is Sunday, but I still drove all the way cause it says open.

I'm went early at morning, need made a two persons line, after ten minutes a guy took care of me, was very clever on his recommendations. Attention good. Service good. Easy access. Nice environment. Free parking.

Mohammed, AJ, and Marlen were amazing employees. They listened to my complicated issue and tried to fix the issue professionally and swiftly. Mohammed is a excellent manager. He had the patience to listen to the issue and provide a solution. All of these employees carry themselves professionally and have great personable skills. I was very close to leaving freedom, but since they provided me a legendary experience I decided to stay.

If I could give zero stars I would, everyone is this store is a joke. Hani should not be a manager and not just him but all of the service sucks, both customer service and cell service. Pathetic, was Forced to buy out the phone after trying to return a week after purchase but they would even think about returning it. Switching to Rogers

Disgusting customer service. Marleen literally was forcing me and trying to push the phone protection plan while I came in for an upgrade.when I said I’m okay, he kept on telling me to take it, and on top of that all, once I said no, he said there’s a 45$ activation fee. I said that’s usually waved. He said I’ll do that if you buy the protection plan. I left without purchasing anything.

Unethical behaviour and worse customer service ever

Excellent Customer Service from Saba at this store. She was very courteous and went above and beyond. I had a very pleasant experience shopping here. Yesterday I visited the store again to get some accessories, almost at closing time, yet again even though she had customers she helped me out promptly.
Not common to to experience such great service here in North America. Saba is amazing.

This location was clean and well kept. But, above all, the service was excellent. Both workers were kind, but Mohammed stood out, especially. He was impeccabley well mannered, had excellent people skills, he was able de-escalate effectively, and had a genuine quality of kindness and general decorum about him. He's definitely an asset! 10/10
