I have to say the gentleman working here is knowledgeable, polite and extremely nice. I have dealt with him twice now for two different phones and he has impressed me each time. Freedom is a whole different kettle of fish now. I used it on a 2 week trip in the US and had amazing coverage. I have their Canada/US plan and it is amazing. Recommend recommend.
