The South Asian guy who works there cannot explain things clearly because his accent is so thick. His personality is unnecessarily aggressive. Why they hire him is beyond me. He said he blamed me for ruining his day. NOPE. He allowed himself to ruin his own day. LOL. I resent customer service people like him who fail to take responsibility for his own actions. (I actually asked him repeatedly to explain himself). No probs dude. I'll just move on.
