The sale guy Sean, is so rude and trying to the sell protection warranty without my will and top of that when I said I don't want the warranty, he cancel the deal by saying that they don't have fold 5 any more.so rude. These type of guyz shouldn't be at front desk of Freedom.

Terrible customer service, the employee, Sean, was extremely rude and has bad attitude with no patience. Does not help at all. The type of customer service that only helps those buying a plan but never helps anyone that needs support. Would not recommend coming to this freedom location, never had this kind of issue with other locations.

This is a shout out to Sean at Erin Mills Town Centre location. His customer service is far beyond exceptional. This young man’s patience’s and dedication he displayed today with myself and my husband was truly incredible and appreciated greatly. Please recognize this wonderful employee as he deserves to be acknowledged. Customer service can be very difficult but Sean is an exemplary example of how kindness moves mountains. He went above and beyond to ensure his clients were looked after and we were blown away.

Eman helped me get setup for a new phone for my daughter. He understood our needs, listened well, and gave me a recommendation that worked well for us.

EMAN was excellent! I got a new phone and plan from Freedom Mobile and very simply explained the options to me, the process to switch from another provider, how the charges would show up on my bill, and setup my new phone! The entire process took less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend this location and hope you get to work with Eman!

EMAN WAS SO HELPFUL. We went to upgrade our plan and he was so helpful, honest and accommodating! He walked us through all the changes, new updates and plan pricing. Honestly one of the best experiences my boyfriend and I have had at a phone shop!

Great place. Abas was busy at the time, but came to me and said he'd come to help me out at soon as he was done, so I went for a walk, came back and they had even more customers but came to help me as promised.
