Himanshu has impressive mental math skills. Paid close attention to what I needed and figured out a plan with more GB actually costed less for me given my situation. So now I pay less and get more GB than I could possibly use, and can call/text Mexico (though I don’t even need to lol). I travelled farther to this higher rated store and was not disappointed!

Excellent customer service, Ashwani is very professional and patient. I came in to receive my free 5G card upgrade but walked out with a better deal on my plan AND a brand new phone.

Jesika is very helpful and delightful to work with. She has been really busy throughout the day as we went there earlier to consult first then again to get the phone & SIM card, despite she is so sufficient.

Came here earlier this week. Very helpful staff member. Location is clean with very strict security measures. I walked in wanting a good deal, walked out with a sim card and a smile. The staff member was patient and took the time to explain the plans to me.

Came here to get an apple watch, Jessika the service rep was super helpful and professional. She was very sweet even though we walked in super late right around closing time.

I went in looking for some help getting my Wi-Fi to work, but it couldn't be made to work. So I was offered a new phone with several discounts. I had a 4G phone that was really not up-to-date. So now I have a new 5G phone that I'm getting used to. The service was excellent.

The store sales Rushikesh messed up the bill. He offered me to buy store merchandise to waive my upgrade fee of 45 dollar. Initially it was waived. But he recharged 45 dollars again 2 days later. I have to go through the helpdesk to correct it.

Rushikesh was so quick to accommodate all my telephone needs! He got me the right phone that was suitable for me, while answering all my questions patiently and taking the time to find the right plan! Thanks so much for your service, truly amazing.
