Extremely poor and stupid Managers had this corrupt Mall. No respect for Customers Service Whatever. Today Nov 23/23 at 6pm I went to pay a bill. Stupid Latino Made Manager forced me to wait in a big line up of Black Friday Deal. I was 8: 45pm that finally a black woman took my money just in 2 minutes
It appears there were a good deals that a group of 2 and 3 were coming buying phones and plans.
It is usual that in all busy stores Management at the door asking customers What business they have so there is a Separate Line Up for short time and another line up for people want to buy phones or/and planes

Also the stupid Latino Managers did NOT called more Staff to serve in very Busy days like Black Friday
There each of Only 3 Staff we’re Taking One Hour Break like Thin Black Staff with stupid Ted short hear at 7: 30 went break and return at 8: 30pm

I have been a 10 year long FIDO customer but it took a 5 minute conversation with Sharon to switch over to Freedom. Switching to Freedom Mobile was a no brainer because not only do they have far more superior plans than FIDO, the in-store customer experience was much better than FIDO’s.

This Freedom Mobile location is the best. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I wanted to upgrade my phone and it was done with no hassle and the staff member who was helping me was very thorough, precise and extremely nice and thoughtful. His name is Carl and he did everything possible to properly set up my new phone and tablet and was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with an excellent answer and he was very polite and well mannered. I will definitely be getting him to help me in the future with any needs I have with my account. Thank you Carl for all your help with my transaction. I highly recommend Freedom Mobile to anyone interested in having a fantastic phone plan. I am a very satisfied customer.

Went to this Freedom mobile Kiosk to get a simple flip phone for my old man. There I was assisted by Kaitlin who was very diligent at her job. She made sure that the phone was properly set up and even took the time to put a label on the back of the phone for my old man not to forget his cellphone number.

WARNING TO PEOPLE ON A LOW INCOME AND SENIOR'S STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was over charged on a small plan it was not good. Didn't receive my discounts. Had got a phone and the internet was horrible. The wanted to charge me $197.00 for a phone plan that wasn't set up properly and their customer overseas stinks. I returned the phone. It was hard to get through to the loyalty department. They still don't get it I returned the phone! Stop harassing me. I had to change my credit cards because I do not trust them for the false charges they charged me! I will never trust freedom mobile again! They aren't the company I thought they were!

Tanisha was amazing! She took her time to explain the ins and outs of the phone plan so that my dad could clearly understand what he was signing up for. She was super positive and personable and I felt like she really listened to what his needs were and matched him with a plan that suited him. We will definitely come back to this booth in the future for all of our phone- related needs

This company is one big scam. Buyers beware! I have been with them since they started. Back then, they respected their customers more, and the prices were better. Back then, once the service improved (it was unbarable when they first started up) they started raising prices, but they would still allow me to keep my low rate plans out of respect for me being with them for so long. As of the last few years, I was forced into more expensive plans when purchasing new phones from them. Unfortunately, as of the last month, I haven't had access to service whatsoever, and I pay nearly $100/month! I had called in several times where I was gaslit, and the reps refused to troubleshoot. They even tried to upsell me on more data when I had only used 25% of my current package. Next, they offered me $10 off my bill per month, which is absurd when I can't make calls/texts or use my data! Why would I pay $80 for ZERO service? ! Anyways, after the gaslighting, I reached out to other Freedom customers to see if they are having similar issues within the same time frame, and guess what? ! THEY WERE ALL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES! So what did I do? I moved on to another company, of course, and all of my problems have been resolved (not only did I get a better package with double the data, but I also pay less and im actually getting to access the services that I pay for).

My wife and I stopped by your Dufferin Mall location today with questions about our Freedom phones. We were VERY impressed at how Kaitlin took the time to answer our questions, checked our phones, and gave us some useful advice. She was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly, so much so that we plan to come back shortly to buy new phones.
Keep up the great work Kaitlin, you obviously have wonderful customer service skills!

Everyone at this location was welcoming and ready to help. My Mom and I are especially grateful to Tanisha who was able to get my Mom's voicemail working. It was not a straightforward problem and Tanisha stuck with us until it was resolved. She was persistent and creative and tried solutions no one else had thought of yet.

Tanisha was extremely helpful in helping me with some issues relating to travel issues and phone usage. Her patience and explanations were excellent. As a representative of Freedom, she was exceptional

Had wonderful assistant from Sharon. She was very helpful with getting a new phone and going out her way and showing the steps so I understood what was going on behind the screen

Last week I had the pleasure of having Tanisha help me out. She was absolutely exceptional at her job! She helped me out tremendously, and helped me find a plan that was best suited for me.tanisha was extremely resourceful, and all around a great rep. She made phone shopping not so dreadful and actually fun as she was engaged in conversation and was very organized in the sense that she helped me understand exactly what my plan outlined. I will definitely be going back to the freedom mobile shop at Dufferin mall as well as recommend others to, as my all around experience was positive!
