Freedom Management PLEASE NOTE this excellent employee! My husband needed a new cell with Freedom our Provider. Employee Jashakaran was EXCELLENT in every possible way.customer service and customer experience. Tech advice and tech help! He gave us so much help to set up hubbys new phone and transfer and was so amazingly courteous to the point my disabled husband who is 55 and with a back injury Jash offered him his chair to sit while we waited for all the transferring to be complete. This young man was so patient and kind! We deeply appreciate his knowledge and detailed explanations of how our new billing would work as well as the new phone and the upwards of 40 minutes it took to complete all of it. Freedom should be really proud to have this man representing them! Thanks again Jash!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of phones and no upsell pressure. Wide variety of plans that are good value for money. No issues with asking for help to set up my new phone and transfer files from my old phone to the new one. Glad I switched to Freedom and I plan on being a long term customer. The guy yelled at me and wouldn't let me in because I had service dog. I told him he can't deny service and he said he didn't care.

The store at Willow shuts down for 1 to 2 hours every afternoon! Why so Long? Why is it that a new person is working there everyone?

This location is the worst location Freedom Mobile provides. I just went to pay my bill and they tell me they're not accepting bill payments today what is up with that? Half the time I go to this location. The store clerk is on break, with the door locked. Sitting behind the counter. Or outside the store inside his car.

Very very bad customer service the guy he's working there like uncomfortable his never accept me when I go there he's never good face his answer is very bad he speek anather language with coworker and dont go at this please freedom company is good this boy is not for work at all
