Was in need of an upgrade, so I came in and was taken care of by Adrian. He informed me that he had to do something for his manager, then gave me excellent customer service. Clear, quick, and even helped me with an app to transfer all my things to my new device. He also threw in a case and screen protector for the wait, which I very much appreciated!

Very satisfied, I thank Nnamdi very much for his attention and patience. I sincerely left with a smile and very satisfied with the best treatment I have received. I clarify that I don't know English and he doesn't know Spanish either, but he helped me with the translator and was able to resolve all my doubts. The employee who served me almost lost Freedom a customer because of his can-not-do attitude. First he made me wait outside the shop even though it was well past the opening time, just because he was busy on the phone. Then when I indicated that I needed a cheap plan and also wanted int'l roaming on, he said roaming was only available on higher priced plans. I thought that made no sense and was about to walk out when he called his supervisor. She quickly cleared up the matter (roaming doesn't depend on the price of the package). I now have what I needed, so I suppose I shouldn't give less than 3 stars. But still, I won't visit this branch again.

Good prices and selection of phones. Adrian is very knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service, courteous staff, especially Tajvin. She always welcomes me with a smile when I need help. A little store, but the value is great.

The gentleman that work for the store is pleasant and kind. Overall costumer satisfaction was met with simplicity.
