Worst experience at this store today. I went with my friend and we both were using freedom Mobile for nearly 2 years now and it's my end of contract period. We thought to trade up and get new iPhone 15, but the customer service representative who goes by the name "Sampad", was very rude and wasn't explaining the plan details property. He gave a simple statement "check the website", and had a very demeaning tone through our our interaction, I don't know how someone like him was even hired in a customer facing role.absolutely unprofessional.

Purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max here. Customer service was good, offering a positive experience. Notably, no free gifts were provided, which might disappoint those expecting extras. Despite the absence of freebies, the transaction was smooth, underscoring the significance of excellent service in customer satisfaction.

Got my 1st self earned phone from Habib n he was very polite and patient. Appreciate it a lot!

Employees behaviour is Rude they don’t have knowledge about plans. Don’t know how freedom allows work there these kind of people.

Great plans for new phones with Freedom. Much cheaper than Bell or Rogers and with their improved network, I'd say freedom is a better choice than the big two companies.

Amazing customer service! Recently we switched from Bell to Freedom Mobile and my family and I were having trouble keeping our old phone numbers on the new service. Abdullah (I hope I'm not butchering his name) provided most efficient, excellent, professional and kind help. He went above and beyond for us, insisting that his job was to make our day and he really did! After frustrating couple of days, he fixed our problem in just a few minutes. We couldn't have asked for a better assistant. My mother said he was God-sent and I am in full agreement. Give this man a raise! We are looking forward to having Freedom Mobile as our new service.

I went to Scarborough town Center on September 17th and again onJanuary 14 and had amazing service by Ibrar, gave me the best the best deals and overall had a great experience!

Excellent customer service, especially from Ibrar, who was very respectful, attentive and patiently explained the difference between two services we were asking about. It became very busy in the store soon after we got there, but the staff was aware and engaged with customers to let them know they would be helped as soon as possible. This is not our first time in this store and it has been consistently one of the best ones for SERVICE. This is especially and glaringly obvious after spending an inordinate amount of time dealing with the bureaucracy of one of the big cellphone service companies in the same mall. If you want to be treated well and not waste your time - visit this Freedom store for your cellphone needs.

Yahya was very helpful and was able to immediately hook us up with a plan. As a newcomer, he also explained to us the details of the plan and how we can take advantage of various offers.

I was with my family. I was stranded by sales person I decide not to disclose name ///. We went there to have upgrade of phone. Sales guy did not like more questions I asked and He started making face. We decided to wait and while we ware leaving the store, he literally abused us without knowing that my wife is pregnant and she was not feeling well. I called them to report that insulting treatment that we received and other gentleman told me that “ nothing is going to happen I can report to any one I want. I hope this review will make it happen and make them understand importance of good salesmanship an most importantly being good human.

I had a good experience at Freedom Mobile, thanks in large part to Steven who provided excellent customer service. I was looking to add a new line to my plan and found the process very smooth. Overall, I was pleased with the phone and plan received.

I visited this store on June 15 and the customer service was exceptional. I had lost my phone (and frustated) and was not sure what my options were. Habib answered all my questions, went through all the information on the phones I was interested in and helped me choose a plan and a new phone. I even left with a better plan than I already had. He was very patient and knowledgeable and made the horror if losing my phone manageable. Thanks Habib:)

TERRIBLE customer service. Bought a new phone 2 weeks ago from MEBN. Did not explain a word of the new plan. He told me that I will get 10GB data and I only got 2GB. I paid my tab amount in the store and he instead applied that payment towards my current bill knowingly. Very unprofessional. I wish I could just give him a ZERO star. I have been talking to Freedom customer care from last 2 weeks just to resolve all these issues he has created with this upgrade. Find some other freedom store. Would not suggest going to STC’s FREEDOM store

Awful service. The guy named Meban something like that.was rude. He was looking at me as if he doesnt want to provide service. I wanted some changes on my account and he was unable to deal with it. I never went to this store, this was the first and last. Very bad service!

The staff member Michelle was amazingly helpful. She has great people skills, she explained all the phone plans well, provided a lot of options and was very professional.

I dont know the name of employee. But she is good and helping. We choosed a number later we want to change she done it without hesitation. The overall experience is very good

I went to buy a new phone andro provided me great customer service. He is so polite and explained me everything in detail. I will definitely go back to this place because of good deals and great customer services provided by andro and ibrar.

I went today to Freedom Mobile Upstairs close to Old Navy and had the best experience. Salesperson Steve R was really respectful, patient and helped me through getting a new plan and a brand new phone. I recommend seeing Steve for any advice towards a phone plan.

Ibrar was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns in a very professional manner. A great representative and face for the company! Ended up walking away with an IPhone 11 Pro Max!

I went today and got two plans. I was welcomed by Steven R. He was very helpful, honest and patient. He understood my situation and help me get a perfect plan and device. He made sure I fully understand the contract and answered all my questions. I recommend this freedom and I also recommend getting help from Steve.

When I visited the Freedom booth, I was helped by an employee named Andro. He had an extensive knowledge about the products and provided exceptional customer service. I am very happy with my purchase.

I went there to buy a new phone, I met Mr Ibrar there he was very helpful and gave me a very good plan and a nice phone in a resonable price. Must ask for him if u go there.

Ibrar was an excellent helper. He has taught me a lot about the iphone 11 and I went out of the store with one! I love it so much!

Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I went in to return my phone after 3 days of purchase, because they clearly told me if I didn't like the phone I would get a full refund. They emphasized this. When I went, they refused to take my phone back and it was blatantly obvious that they did not want to lose their commission. It felt like they seemed to look for any excuse to not take it back. Because of the pandemic, they didn't let me check out the phone before buying (even though the other cell booths across the mall allowed you to check the camera, etc). I understand this for safety reasons, but since I took it home AND checked the camera and didn't like it, they SHOULD be considerate and take the refund. There should be some system in place to handle this kind of situation if you're not going to let the customer check out the phone beforehand. It's common sense. If you take it home and don't like it, they refuse to refund you because they don't want to lose their commission? ! I wouldn't even have purchased it had I known about the camera. Terrance was overall very dismissive and didn't seem to want to help out. I asked a question about a promotion and he just said 'I don't know', didn't even bother to check anything or ask another worker. Mark also had an overall dismissive attitude. If you really want freedom, go to a different store location. I went to another location the sales rep there said he would have taken it back no problem. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM STC STORE, INDIVIDUAL STORES OFFER BETTER DEALS AND ACTUALLY TRY! TO HELP YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS.

Best company with reasonable rates and best employees. I went to buy a new phone, Habib, a representative went out of the way to help me get the best plan. If you ever need to buy something, always ask for him. This man definitely should get a pay raise. In fact, every employee working at this store should get a pay raise for making their customers happy and bringing new one to the company. If one ever have to buy something related to mobile phones and all, I'll recommend this guy.

Got my IPhone XR from Ibrar a few days ago, wanted an iPhone 8 and he convinced me to get the Xr, definitely a great decision I love my new phone. If you go to Freedom mobile at STC definitely go see Ibrar at the kiosk. Great service.

Wonderful and satisfactory service recieved by the agent named 'Ibrar' at the Freedom store in front of Hudson Bay in Scarborough Town Center today. I got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max along with an excellent monthly plan at the great price after having a long discussion with him. He helped me to resolve most of my queries about the phone and the plans and recommend the best that can go in line with my needs. I would surely recommend everyone to visit the store as the whole staff is very polite and helpful to the customers.

Really impressive and excellent service from the Freedom mobile agent - Ibrar. I would only prefer the The freedom mobile store just in front of Hudson bay rather than the one near to Cineplex in Scarborough Town center (300 borough drive). The service I received from in 300 borough drive was totally depressing and I even thought of changing my mobile network as well because of that rude service & experience provided. But I am thankful I saw another freedom moblie store in STC itself in ground floor (D5), there service was too excellent and it actually changed my mind to stick on to Freedom itself. Special thanks to Ibrar! Keep you the spirit!
