Most horrendous customer service. The attendant had horrible atitude. Went there twice and he couldn't give me full the info about what i need to get the service i require. He just kept sending me for different things while he could have told me to bring them all in one go. Not friendly, not receptive

Fadi was amazing, explained everything, very professional and friendly. Switching carriers was made much easier

It was nice being taken care of by Fadi when I wanted a new phone. His explanation about a variety of plans freedom mobile could offer me was amazing. This helped me choose an affordable plan which is suitable for my daily income.
