Amazing service by Kamini. Though this location is far still will go there for any service. She provided me with great service and best deal she could provide. Awesome service.

Usual location I visit, service is always excellent. Upgraded phone and received excellent deal from Kamni. Got new plan with extra data, case, glass protector and case. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is so fraudulent and playing with you fraud. It is miserable and wrong place.
I bought phone iphone 12 pro max on 16th Auust 2021 at 1.45pm and the guy just tell me wrong that it is 512cGB but I checked it was 64 GB but now refusing to refund or return.
Be careful for such fraudulent people.

Purchased 3 phones from here and purchased phone cases and screen protectors along with them, overall rep whom the 2/3 phones where purchased from was very nice and helpful, however a year later one of my phones cases cracked and it came with a lifetime warranty for a replacement, I went to go replace it, but the employee whom was there at that time was quite rude and expected me to have the original receipt for it, in-spite of there computer having the info and proof of purchase of it, which was not so professional. Overall experience with the staff prior to my last visit was decent.

Went to store to buy the screen protector but ended up getting a new phone. Sushant was so helpful helped me transfer all my data from old phone. Excellent service

Extremely unprofessional people. Went on their store on September 8th as their was 20 GB data flash sale with samssung S20 phone for $75 + tax. I got that deal but Once I checked on the public mobile app my data package next day it was just 14 GB the plan which they sets. Went to store 3 time each time employee told me come next day as the person who activated your plan will come tomorrow, each day i asked manger phone number and they told me we are not allowed to give manager number. Extremely disappointed stay away from them please, they need customer first time and no after sale service even today is Sept 14 and just after a week they are not ready to listen any thing.

Best Place ever. Talked to Jeet about the plans and was really happy to know so many things that i never knew. Jeet was great in explaining the stuff and got a plan with freedom. He even gave me a deal on accessories. Staff and service is really good. Hope i will get more better deals in future:)

I came here to get new phone service.keep in mind they ask for a credit card (i havent owned one in 4 years) so i had to leave and ask my dad to help me. Setup was easy and im only paying 20$ more then when I was with chatr.i needed 2 phones and they only had 1 in stock so im going back today to pick it up.

I called in on March 22 at 2: 15PM to inquire whether they have any Samsung S9+ in stock. Staff confirmed that they do.

I visited location on March 22 at 6: 30PM and staff informed me that while they do have phones, their store internet connection is down so they could not service me. They suggested to come back in an hour.

I cam back on March 22 at 7: 40PM and their internet was still down. I asked if Staff can hold S9+ for me. Staff said they have plenty in stock and they will hold one for me.

I visited this location again on March 23 at 2: 15PM and another staff member told me they NEVER had S9+ in stock and I would have to wait couple weeks to get it.

So, some of the staff members are liars and tell you anything to waste your time.

Very disappointing and never coming back here again.

First of all Kiran should be fired. Shes rude and obnoxious and says shes "the manager" when shes NOT. The only reason why i returned my phone was because of her attitude. I will never buy anything fron this store, absolutely disgusted by the way she behaved. Although I do want to mention that Sarbjot the person I bought the phone from was amazing. She had line-up and phone calls at the same time and she was helpful to everyone, with great patience. Would love to see her progress and become a MANAGER. If were the manager of this location, i would fire kiran first thing because she will KILL MY BUSINESS with her attitude.

Went here to get the iPhone 8+ as it was close to work, very friendly when purchasing a new service. Although a totally different story thereafter. I decided the return the phone after I had set up only my email because I did not want to pay an extra $25 a month (I agree this is my fault I should have carefully calculated the costs beforehand), I was given an extremely cold shoulder and negative attitude by someone I am assuming was the manager because she was completing invoices at the front desk. She took it very personally that I was returning a phone I bought only TWO days prior and was talking down to me and my brother, who decided to go with me. Not only was she rude, I had to remind her about a policy offered by Freedom Mobile corporate office that I was completely within my rights to return a phone service I did no longer require. The gentleman who helped me purchase the phone in the first place was the one who ended up helping me when I was returning the phone. I had to wait close to 30 mins for a simple return, as more than 2 personal calls were answered by the same gentleman while I waited. I have visited other Freedom Mobile stores and have experienced friendly staff.
Please avoid this store if you can. And visit other stores. The extra star rating is due to the fact the agent was friendly when I was purchasing the phone.
