People working here give amazing service every single time. Raj is particularly kind, understanding and patient with each customer. He’s a solution-oriented person who never fails to satisfy everybody’s needs.

You pay for what you get. This is a bargain basement service for cellphones you pay a liitle price you get little service and very little knowledge pay more at Telus or Bell you get full service and operators who are better trained.

Very poor service.
I tried to pay my bill and the guy who was at the front desk sent me to another location which it's far from home.
Why this retail store is opening up for customers and it can't even process any payment. I keep paying interests for the time being. So disappointed

Two people were working at this location and they were already busy with the customers they had, there was no line at the time we got there but we still had to wait for 40 minutes! Ridiculous.

. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.today at 7.44 PM 29/12 boxing week day. I call this freedom mobile and one woman answer my call. I ask very polite: do you still have S21 then she said NO then hang up her phone.she is very rude. I dont know why they hire this kind of people working for freedom. They should fire this woman. I wish i could take a picture of this woman and post it here:)

Dont go there if you really care about your mental health. There is a girl working there and she is terrible. She do not even have general manners. She had no idea on my basic issue. She is not worth talking and giving your precious time. Please save yourself with this disaster. Go to some other location but not this one.

Freedom is my phone carrier I appreciate all the data they provide unlimited, even though it slows down after your full allowance you still get data without being overcharged

This corporation is my provider.
Just recently I found out FREEDOM is saying NO to government oppression and tyranny and has remained open. Good for you guys! Clearly the owner of this chain is a smart brave and hard working right-wing individual.
It really bides with the mantra of the organization (the name of the company) and the fact they are opposing yet another corrupt monopoly (rogers/bell ripoff monopoly) and offering fantastic pricing for Canadians.

I use to always go to this store and I bought my family phones from this store. I always bought my phones from the Korean lady who use to work there. She was really nice and knowledgeable and helped me a lot to find the best options. I recently went to this store to change my phone (last week) the Persian lady who I think is the manager was super super rude! I literally went to her and asked her for iPhone 12 pro max and she looked at me and didn’t answer and just moved her head that I need to talk with other worker! Very very rude staff now. I’m not going there back again.

Asked the right questions to help me come up with a better solution than I had come in with.

Very easy to work with, explains everything well and listens! The listening part is important because a lot of sales people like to hear their own voice; they lose sales from simply not listening!: p

This place is a bit understaffed. Kudos to the staff working there trying to handle the flood of people everyday. They also don't offer everything, so you may wanna double check if your required service is provided here before going. That said, the experience is seamless and hassle free overall.

Horibble horrible service! Such a cheesy, unprofessional and irrispensoble ladies work there. That comes from customer who purchased couple of phones from them in the past. Disgraceful behavior.

Hey guys just visited this location and i was extremely pleased with how things went. I had taken some quick time off work and needed things done fast. Fortunately for me service was much better than other locations. I have been to several freedom outlets but the service from the store representative Armela was above and beyond. Not only did she provide speedy service. I was also given special discounts with my plan. I would reccomend this store to anyone in the area.

I was really impressed by the customer service i had at this location. I dealt with Armeila and she went above and beyond to meet my expectations for the phone i was looking for and helped me choose the plan that was best suited for me. She was very patient with the other customers before me and i waited to deal with her because she sounded very trustworthy. I was very sceptical to sign up with freedom but she went over in details about everything and i ended up switching all my 4 lines over at freedom.

My first time at this location and i had to wait because there was a line up. Arnela (the girl with pink hair) made sure to greet everyone and ask them about their enquiry. She was very kind and helped me and my son get a family plan with phones for less than i was currently paying at Fido. She explained everything and it actually made sense. Overall, given the high volume of traffic, I am impressed with her multitasking skills to help as many people as possible and as quickly as possible. She deserves the 5 stars!

There services are really terrible, they don't have a technician, I was a coustemer of the company wind, for unlocking my phone, Costumer service they gave me a wrong CODE and my phone never worked again. So me and my family switched.

I do not recommend this company to anyone

Please read this review and save your time and energy and mental health. This location is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. I was served by 3-4 incompetent 20-25 year old students who have no experience or even basic communication skills. Wasted my time for two days there without them being able to resolve my concern. It is not about freedom it is specifically this location that is trash. So after all of that hassle I inquired and found out that the promenade mall location is a corporate store. Went there and really had an exceptional customer services provided to me and in about 1/2 hour everything was done. It will really be good on your mental health to drive a bit farther to promenade or probably any other corporate store. At CenterPoint mall I felt like dealing with McDonald's quality customer service but once in their corporate store it was just a pleasure to deal with them. Freedom Mobile save your business reputation fire every single person in this location and close it down.

My brother went to this location to get a temporary number for period of his stay and asked to get a cheap plan for emergency calls, even though they could give him $25 prepaid, the manager forced him to get $50 monthly plan to push the sales up
Now he is leaving the country after two months and freedom send him over $100 bill

I had a horrible experience with this location. I activated a new account a few days ago, i was asked to pay a certain amount as a deposit.when i called 611 to clarify if the deposit is there, there was no deposit or any transaction with a deposit on my new account. Called 611 3x, still no deposit on my account. Went to store 2x to clarify. Sales staff very insistent deposit was on the account even after 611 told them there was nothing showing on my account. I ended up deactivating the account as talking with them is very stressful. They are Not helpful at all, the girl sounded and looked irritated explaining to me. They even said that they wouldnt refund me $10 sim card cost even if it says on the contract that there is refund if within 15 days of purchase (i confirmed this with the other store). I went to another freedom store to Activate an account. Nothing wrong with freedom, just this particular store. I’m not coming back to this location in the future, better go to promenade location. If only i could give them 0 stars instead of 1 star, i would.
