Really Happy with the customer service I received from sales girl Mankirat Kaur. Really helpful, gave me the best options. Overall experience at this location is Fantastic. Keep up the work IRA and Thankyou.

Customer service was very good. But it was strange to know that Freedom at this location did not accept credit cards and had to pay either cash or debit.

I was suprise I went to Central Parkway mall. Mankirat was there very good service.she give good deals nice person I like service great job.

Bought an iphone 13 pro max gold from freedom mobile on 14th may. The experience was absolutely amazing there mobile plans are wonderful compared to other networks and specially the behaviour of there salesmen was really polite. Im glad I chose freedom and thank you Moeed (sales person) for treating me with such respect and bearing me for 1 complete hour. LOL. But yeah amazing sales person amazing company really satisfied.

The service here is awful no respect for customers whatsoever! I was going to this place for many years and was pretty happy with their quick and professional service. Today April 10/2022 I went to this location and there was another person in front of me so I waited patiently for my turn.the person behind the desk was talking to someone on the phone and helping the person who was ahead of me and start asking me some question in meantime while I was waiting he told me the system is so slow and it takes 20 minutes and it’s better I go and do whatever I need to do and come back, so I did, but when I got back a crazy man was standing in the line and those people who were ahead of me before were still there and not finished yet so I politely asked if its almost finished or not, the guy behind the counter said yes it is almost done, the other guy who was in the line was starring at me with angry face I felt like he is going to attack me anytime and he said you know what it is my turn when I came here you weren’t here so you gotta wait I said but I was waiting here for almost 20 minutes but I was told to leave and come back in 15 min so, he said I don’t care what he told you you shouldn’t leave and nobody told me there is another person ahead of me so too bad it’s my turn, I was like shocked, he was so mad and rude and the person who was behind the counter didn’t do anything, it was his fault that he didn’t mention anything to that person but he didn’t take any responsibility and only said don’t worry I will take care of both of you very slow and unprofessional, I left there for my safety because that crazy guy was behaving weird and I didn’t want to put my life in danger because of that stupid service, never ever will use this place again!

Store operator was in a hurry to go home. He said the server is down and I can't help you so I am closing the store 30 minutes before it is supposed to close. Useless.

Absolutely disappointed and very upset. The store is supposed to be open at 10am, it is now 11am and no one is here.
I am calling the store number and no answer.

A trainee (Happy) was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I feel sooner or later he will be an asset to the organization.we need people like him in canada.

Sad to say that the sales guy had no customer service. He refused to help me with my new phone. Made excuses. It wasn't like he had other customers because he didn't. I guess I kept him from looking at his phone. You get paid to help customers not to sit there and play on your phone. Not impress!

Good deals for new phones. Plans are attractive.
Now freedom comes with iPhones also in affordable plans.

Went to the Burnhamthorpe / Central Parkway Location on 02/29/2020. I dealt with Shazeb, he is an absolute professional, conducts his business intelligently and has a strong grasp of understanding what clients need and exceeding expectations on those needs. I do highly recommend people to reach out to Shazeb for their mobile needs. I was with Roger for a longtime now a Freedom customer.

Just got the best deal from Muzammal Ali, as I'm a student my budget is very less but Muzammal helped me to choose the right plan. He clearly understands the customer's desires and the plans offered by the company, thank you so much for helping me to choose best plan under my budget.

Savi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I asked and I was so satisfied that I recommended the service to others who are now happy freedom customers. This is a great new location and is not as busy as some of the others in Mississauga. I highly recommend it!
