Wonderful experience dealing with Aryan and Sumer. They exceeded my expectations and I am quite delighted with the service and contract they facilitated for me. I highly recommend this location and especially these gentlemen.

I’m my experience I walked in looking to switch to Freedom and upgrade my phone, I was in and out in around 20 minutes with no issue.

One of the worst places that I ever had to go to I've been here a few times and I've had enough I've been with this company for many years and you know what after all the employee treated me didn't want to do his job well guess what I did file report on you bud of how ignorant you were and you know what you were able to pay my tab off I found out after I went over to the other kiosk they said that you could have did it so you lied to me PS people do not go to this one I highly recommend you go over to Stanley Avenue better customer service better people working there

No sales experience. They lying for greed. Don’t go there. Fredom Mobile need to close this store. I never seen before freedom mobile store work for greed. Not for service.

Called on the phone and spoke to somebody 20 minutes before it closed, went to the door and the door was already locked. No one is answering the phone now or the door. Why have business hours if you're not going to be open?

How to lose a customer in 5 easy steps.

Step 1: have a hideously bad location like the Freedom Mobile in Niagara Falls. Make sure your staff always treats your customers like they're interrupting something important.

Step 2: make sure you take your customers address down incorrectly. Who needs unit numbers anyway am I right?

Step 3: offer your customer and upgrade that they don't even have to go into the store for, thank God

Step 4: ship that upgrade to an incomplete address, thanks to that same disinterested staff.

Step 5: tell your customer that because it went to the wrong address it's no longer available, and they're going to have to go into the same store they didn't want to go into in the first place. Make sure to make the customer feel like it's their fault.

"Manny" (Kaur M) entered my email incorrectly, even though it was written out right in front of her, but was otherwise courteous. Now I need to spend more time accessing my account. The woman working at this location has the worst customer service ever. She has an unnecessary attitude and doesn’t care to actually make a sale. Came in today willing to get a phone with a plan, and her attitude made me leave and go else where.

Maybe it was just the luck I had, but one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a freedom mobile branch. Please train your employees on how basic customer service works. Would do wonders to your store.

So if you go to this Freedom mobile, they charge you extra fees. I went to hook up a new line on Sunday and the employee said I had to pay extra top up fees on top of activation fees when I'm already a member. So I had mentioned I hooked up another line at a different store and the didn't charge me $10 for activation and another $10 to top up my plan. He said well every store is different. Ridiculous considering not a sickle car in the plaza and they had no customers. Also if you live in Niagara, pretty good chance your phone will constantly be roaming unless you pay extra for jumping on the US network. Check around and save yourself some money.

Good service. Today October 28 2022 I again visit this store to pick my I phone 14 and get Excellent service from Mr. Aryan. He was too helpful to upgrade my phone and service. Highly appreciate this guy.
