Freedom Mobile

I have been a customer with freedom since 2013, today I went to this branch and I was trying to have some changes in my account including my name, and I have brought every legal documentation that was required for me to change my name, However, they have made so difficult for me and refused to make these changes that I was hoping for. Service was absolutely unacceptable and behavior was so terrible from employees and his manager, I felt like both were teaming up against me, and made felt so bad to stop by. I was so disappointed with this kinda of service and behavior that I have received today.
I won’t recommend this branch to anyone.

The two young gentlemen working on the weekend were uninterested and reluctant to try and resolve the issue I was having with my Freedom mobile service. Very disappointing when staff are unwilling to do the job they get paid to do.

Terrible! They only care about selling and promise you everything to convince you but after they say something else

I only get phones here on plans knowing that it's not a 3rd party and the staff r nice n won't rip me off like past experience at 420 vansickle road k3 location they suck anyways back on point they go above and beyond to help and I appreciate there help thanks highly recommend this location

Appreciate the great service I received from the young people in the Fairview Mall location, specifically Michaela, who was friendly and went the extra mile in helping me sort out my account.

Helpful and energetic team of people, overall pleasant experience. This will probably become my go-to Freedom store.

Took advantage of my age and gender.did not give me phone I showed him on paper.gave me cheaper model. I trusted him. Fiance told me the cell I needed, wrote down care I forget. Showed to salesman. He said I have that in stocks, never showed you me till he installed the Sim card
