We have been using Freedom service since they opened and they were called Wind. For 3 phones we were paying (and still do) as we would pay for just one in some other phone companies and our plans include US service as well. We have had experienced some reception issues in some areas in the past, but really pleased that their service has improved a lot lately.
It is my first time writing a review because we were very impressed from our recent service at this kiosk at the Pen Center, and very grateful to Travis, who went above and beyond in giving us the best advice and information about our phones and plans upgrade.

Purchased my phone back in August I believe at this kiosk. I wanted an iPhone with good quality and was told the iPhone 14plus would work great for it and he said the iPhone 14 max pro is pretty much a waste of money and there’s not much difference. Boy was he wrong. The iPhone 14 Plus sucks for picture taking and I am extremely disappointed. Now I’m stuck in a contract for 2 years. Then he tried selling me some basic cases that I did not want and I asked if there was anywhere in the mall that may sell other cases, he said no where else sells different cases than the ones he was selling and also told me he wouldn’t redirect me somewhere else to buy a case because and I quote “i get commission on the accessories I sell so I’m not going to tell you where”. So I left and managed to find a better case for the same price he was offering for a clear case with no design in the mall. He also tried getting me to make a positive review because he says the reviews weren’t great for this location, rightfully so.

Travis was amazing! Helped both my parents get a better plan, no questions asked in less than 5 minutes. Incredible service.

Terrible customer service! Specially online support! Until now they didn’t fix the problem! Just one week to freedom then cancel and return the phone to them! Because of terrible customer service!
