Gazal is very rude and her attitude towards customers ia very poor, very unsatisfied

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location, more specifically Kamni Kamni or Dron Grover. Please do not waste your time coming to this location.

I bought iPhone 14 pro max 256GB gold on Tuesday Nov. 08,2022 without any bargaining. To keep my same plan I paid $676.87 down payment. And paid $135.60 for accessories. The girl working there didn’t told me that they don’t have accessories available and charged me already. After that she said I can pick up next day. As I paid already I said it’s ok I’ll come next day and pick up. When I came next day they said I have to come back again as they still don’t have the accessories. I understand that they don’t have it, but my concern is if they don’t know when they are getting the accessories then why they said I can come next day and pick up. Very unprofessional behaviour and making the guest upset with their customer service. I would suggest to go other store instead coming here. I hope I’ll get at least acknowledgment on my review.

I have been there today.
There was only one Indian girl there. She was on personal call. She ignored me for few moments and asked why I am there. I told that I want to switch to new plan. She told me to check online in a very rude tone. Looks as if she does not even want to work.
Did even suggest me something. Worst store I have ever been to.
