We went to the Georgian Mall location to upgrade our phones on Boxing Day, the kiosk was quite busy but River was absolutely fantastic. River helped us out more in the 1/2 hour we were there than anyone had in the past 3 trips to a different location, over the phone or the online message system that freedom has. River explained everything in detail based on our needs, what our options were, what phones they had in stock, how it would affect our bills very clearly and concisely. It was probably the most thorough, professional and enjoyable experience we have had with Freedom.
