Javon was very helpful, quick, efficient, clear and very professional. I came to pay my bill and inquire about new sim cards and extra lines for my company and I was in and out within 10 minutes in spite of the high traffic. 5 stars for excellent execution of services and going the extra mile to make customers feel prioritised.

I always use the Pickering Town Centre Freedom Mobile location. Today I was in to replace a lost phone and the service was excellent as usual. Within 20 minutes Barney had set us up with a new phone and SIM card with accessories, plus a new and improved rate plan. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as always.

I really would recommend this store the staff were all awesome and answers all your questions regarding about phone plans or phone products that you need. Thumbs up to Matthew Gagnon very informative and very helpful I'm really thankful that he helped me throughout the process.
