Worst experience. The staff especially the female staff don't even know how to talk with customers.
Undisciplined atmosphere could be seen in the store.

They scammed us to pay for accessories in order to get our new device over $150 for each phone and for the $9 insurance they told us to wait three month then cancel it? I assume for them to get commission. I called Freedom not of this was mandatory i cancelled both mu $9 a month protection and they took it off immediately. I really felt deceived from this agent and we have brought over 3 phone lines from Rogers to them. Beware as they deceive you for the store profit and make upsell mandatory when they are not!
