A shout out to David for his professionalism and excellent customer service. The store was busy and short staffed, but David was calm and professional unlike his co-worker who seemed more eager to clock out than assist customers. My husband and I came in for our phone upgrades and the process took about an hour - but that was NOT his fault whatsoever. Freedom should review their process as it’s inefficient for both staff and customers. Despite having to wait ages for online approval/activation from a remote helpdesk, David ensured we were able to leave confident that nothing was left pending and that all applicable discounts had been correctly applied. Thank you again David! And shame on you Freedom for inadequate staffing levels during the busiest time of year (past years were not much different) and for compounding this with an archaic back end system and workflow.

Afnan at Promenade Mall is the most professional sales representative I have ever dealt with at Freedom Mobile. I was with Freedom a long time ago. On Boxing Day, another representative from the same store ignored me when I asked questions about port in, but was trying to sell me a phone with a $9 insurance without explanation. When he noticed that i actually know the price and was confused about what was that $9 for, he moved on to the next customer, which was very rude. During my recent visit, Afnan not only approached me but also listened to all my questions and answered. He not only convinced me to switch my line from Rogers but also my wife and son to do the same. Afnan offered us a great deal on a phone and explained the benefits of having insurance and how important it is to have specially when i am doing the leasing. And i also ended up getting the case and protectors for all of us. I also shared the previous unpleasant experience, and he apologized on behalf of his coworker, who had ignored me. I am pleased with the service I received from Afnan. I will definitely recommend him and Freedom Mobile to my friends. Freedom Mobile, you have a very special and professional representative.

Avoid! Scam, dont believe what they say. A man with white hair on Boxing Day say I get cases and many other products for my phone free but then he changed and said I must pay over $120. I ask him why he said its free then he say it wasnt free that I did not understand. Very high pressure, he say I NEED these things for my phone and that he give special promotion when I know of discounts for my plan and no fees for connections but all stores have this promotion. I told him this is not true then all of a sudden he say he dont have phone that he must ship to my house. He tried to trick me into buying useless things he made sound for free but are not and then lie he say this! I am going to make complain for lies.
Update: I go to other store, same special! Dont needs to buy anything extra

I had a great experience at freedom mobile. David helped me. He was great. He was kind, patient, professional and answered all my questions. I was able to port my number over and purchase a new plan for my father. Please acknowledge David and give him a raise.
