Great, except for a snooty customer belittling my old Samsung (S3 he says when it was an S5). Thanks Madeline, who look after us at Freedom mobile, for her professionallism.

Oscar was very helpful while assisting me in switching over to Freedom. He patiently and thoroughly answered the many questions I had and provided me with the best deals. He was very upfront and friendly which made the process even better. Overall great experience.:)
