Very low customer care system even by appointment in cold wether made me wait out side morthan 30 minutes.
I am and my family five people all of us freedom mobile customer for more than five years

I wish I could give minus 5 stars. Liar, liar, liar. Do Not Get Freedom. They are nice first and just lie about the services and product and make you switch to freedom, when u switch they do not care about u at all! I mean it. You call freedom customer service all u get is we can’t do anything about it. You always see surprises on your bill. About the signal, it’s like you are living in the cave in north pole all the time, NO Signal!

Took a half hour of waiting in order to talk to an employee, they weren't very helpful and my billing issues were not fixed.

Kelsey was a great help, provided a great deal and made the event of getting a phone extremely memorable for my 10 year old.

Freedom has always been helping me. Kathy and Paul and Joanah keep them they are very good people

Got a Pixel 5 on a great plan. Service was great and Kelsey helped me with everything I needed!

Had to get new phones for the whole family and we had an amazing salesman sahil K.he was so kind.got us all the great deals and helped us all with everything we needed from the phone to the cases.he was great.

Had an excellent exprience with Joanah, we got 2 new samsung S20 with 10+ GB. The salesperson was very helpful and made sure we got the best deals possible.

Had the most amazing customer service experience with Kelsey! Such a great help to my husband and myself after a not so pleasant experience with customer care over the phone. Kelsey went above and beyond her job to ensure all our needs were met! Our 1 year old daughter was also a big fan of hers!

I just came to the store to get my phone upgraded, and Joanah was very helpful and gave great customer service. All the information was clear and easy to understand. Overall a really good experience.

You can go to any Freedom store for service but they dont really give you the best discount and deals unless you specifically ask for them.
I had no clue about freedom and my friend told me to go and see Sahil at store for best experience.

I went into Freedom mobile today to upgrade my phone. Joannah was the one who assisted me and my experience with her was absolutely amazing! Joannah was super friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful.

She applied discounts and extra data to my current plan without me even asking - which has never happened to me before! She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond to make my experience with Freedom mobile a great one. I had an excellent experience at this location with a customer service rep.today. Her name is Kelsey at the Colossus location. She spent two hours helping me get cell coverage for my apple watch. I had been trying to get coverage for the past month and was bounced from store to store and phone call to phone call with freedom at 611. All the previous people were ill informed and a total waste of my time.

Kelsey was polite and super helpful. I truly appreciate her kindness. She solved this on going cellular coverage problem for my apple watch. The other sales representatives always directed me to 611 or another store or to the apple store. This was above her normal job description as it had to be corrected over the phone but she still made sure the issue was completely resolved before we left the store. For this I am thankful and believe she should be acknowledged.

Last week I stopped by in search of a phone plan to use for work and I was amazed at the service I received. An associate by the name of Janice helped me pick out the perfect plan which ended up being a lot cheaper than any of the options I was looking at elsewhere. So, after 2 long years with Fido I decided to get a new phone and change carriers, as its a common knowledge that Freedom mobile provides one of the most affordable and user friendly plans. I decided to switch to Freedom mobile, I went to this location as this was the closest store to my current residence. I would like to specially mention the sales team lead Sahil for his excellent customer skills as he made the complete process a breeze for me. He was patient, polite, and very helpful in getting everything done. Also, his team member Cathy who assisted me in choosing the right phone and plan. I will surely recommend this store to people looking to switch to Freedom Mobile because of their excellent service.

Purchased S21 ultra from there couple of days back. Awesome service. Staff member @Sahil gave me great promotions on my new device. All COVID measures are being followed at store. Ery happy to buy this.

I was weary about signing up with Freedom Mobile given their call centre was not very helpful. Also, I was scammed at the Rutherford and Weston location by a rep who lied and scammed, my comments are on my account if Freedom mobile wants to investigate. Later, I went into the Hwy 7 and Weston Rd store to choose another plan. Sahil was my rep and I must say he provided me with exceptional service, tutorials for iphone and was very helpful in explaining all plans. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I usually don't leave reviews unless warranted. Sahil truly went above and beyond what was expected.

Worked with Ammar and Sahil. Both were incredibly helpful and patient. I would recommend shopping at the 7601 Weston Road (Woodbridge/Colossus) location. Thanks!

Check service areas guys. I bought a plan. They said it worked in my town. I paid. My street was the only one that had no service. Go to Public Mobile. Larger service regions.

Just try to plan to go during the week daytime. Great customer service but sometimes it overwhelmed the staff. A bigger store would help!

A person who worked there on a day I visited this location, seemed to be annoyed with my early visit, answered in an uninterested way and showed an attitude to get rid of me asap to continue surfing the web.

Update: Well, the other time me and my partner were there, the same staff member gave us the same attitude as I experienced before. I was purchasing a new phone, and I needed to transfer my phone number to my partner's business account. The reaction of that staff member was: "Well, you'll have to wait here for an hour or more in order for me to finish the process, " - and almost rolled the eyes. After not even 5 min of waiting on the phone, the person on the other side of the line picks up - and guess what? No need to wait extra 55 min or more. That is just an example. With this particular staff member, I assume, such stuff happens on a regular basis.

If you can avoid coming to this place, please do so.
