Wow! Where do I begin. I came the other day and was skocked on the customer service! Employees named Mya and Alvin helped me out and cleared up all the confusion. Spent 9 hours trying to get my old number from a different sp over to my new freedom account, apparently there was a glitch on their end and they can't help me with it. They want me to contact Samsung, to fix a service provider issue. I already made my initial payment, and have nothing at all besides a sim card to show for it. My old number wasn't ported in, my temporary number doesn't work, I can't make or receive calls to anyone but 611, freedoms line. 9 hours with different texh support "specialists" and no service! Missed important work calls, a medical emergency from my elderly mother, this company is not to be trusted. Their prices are low for a reason, they have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT USE.

Great service, caring, thoughtful and going the extra mile. Gentleman with the tattoos helped me, didn't catch his name but he is very knowledge and a definite asset to the team. Tec location remains my favourite in terms of service!

Switched from Bell! My husband and I were paying almost $400 per month for two phone and a smart watch and iPad. We only switched our phones but we’re saving a TON! Our rep was awesome and super helpful! Nothing but good things to say! Used to work for Bell and can say the quality of the network etc for the price is amazing!

It really baffles me how a "phone" company can't answer their phones. Worst part is everytime I go in, there are 3 people, 2 dealing with customers and one standing around. Starting to consider other providers as I'm tired of wasting my time going to store when the whole trip would have been avoided with a 30 second conversation over the phone.

Josh went above and beyond trying to help me to get my phone unsuspended. Although he was getting frustrated with the situation that was presented to him online he was very patient. He even went to Shoppers to see if they sold top up cards. He worked over the weekend to try to rectify the problem for me. Always get great service at this location. Thanks Josh!

Didn't have stock of a phone they were running a promotion on which was annoying, but the staff more than made up for it with their friendliness and high level of service they provided to me. Not happy about the changes that freedom made from the old WindTab. Wish we could give half stars as this would be rated as 3 1/2
