Worse place to go lack technical understanding. Staff took over one hour with same customer. Only one staff on duty, during my 1 & 1/2 hour wait, l asked her twice that l needed a new sim card for my phone, only to find out when another staff decided to come back from his extended break that the store don't have sim cards. Obviously she was clueless what l asked her. Disgusted that l wasted 1 & 1/2 hour for nothing. Shameful she was not trained and should have not been left alone on her own!

The language barrier is a problem. The employees believe that they're speaking English, but it's not what I hear.

It's really disgusting to wait so long outside and the the salesperson engaged in personal talks with his friend and keep others waiting for no reason. I left for another store to save my time. Worse customer service!

Exceeded my expectations the only place who I believe care more about costumer service than their sales I was greeted very well by both the representatives and Shivam helped me with my concern.

Yesterday I was at this stores location to purchase a new phone and get a new plan. When I entered into the store I was not greeted but instead had to interrupt the employee who was sitting cross legged playing on his phone. When I asked this employee about the phones and plans I was ignored several times all while he just sat playing with the phone. I eventually gave up and left without a phone or plan. I will not be back to this location and I will be giving my business to another company.
I feel bad for the owner of this location, is he aware that he is paying his employee to sit around and ignore customers?
I didn’t even want to give this employee a single star rating but it wouldn’t let me post without it.
